My family and I visited Oceanside this past September for a long weekend and was excited about having a chance to kayak with Kayak Tillamook given their reputation. Being all first-time kayakers, it was only natural that we felt a bit nervous going into it, but Marc and Paul quickly put our fears to rest. Their experience and patience were... More

We had such a good time with Josh from Kayak Tillamook!! We took the Sand Lake tour, which we had no idea was only available at certain times of the year dependant on tides. Josh was very knowledgeable and excellent company. We were the only 2 on the tour that day which made it feel more like a kayak with... More

Would definitely recommend! Equipment in good shape and Guides were prepared, professional, and spent considerable time educating beginners before getting anywhere near the water. We look forward to future kayak adventures.

We kayaked with our guide Paul, in the Nahalem Bay estuary. The scenery is beautiful and being on the water is so serene. Paul was very knowledgeable about the area and identified the various water fowl and birds we saw. Most importantly, he was thorough with our safety briefing and taught us the basics of kayaking which made our experience... More

On 9/14/16, my wife and I took the Backwaters of the North Fork tour. Our guide was Josh, and let's just start out by commenting that he was personable, knowledgeable, and an interesting guide. He was also quite patient with us. This was our second tour with Kayak Tillamook, as two years ago we took a Moon Light Paddle tour... More

I've taken a group of campers on two different tours, and both of them were great. The guides are very knowledgeable and personable. We had a great time, and the scenery is amazing. I would highly recommend it, even if you have no kayaking experience. I felt very safe and well-informed the entire trip.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our kayaking experience with Marc. He was very patient with us as we had never kayaked before. Cape Meares Lake was the perfect location to learn. We saw a lot of wildlife, ducks, egrets, otter, and the elusive seagull! He also shared the story of Bayocean (no longer there). Fascinating history. Weather was cloudy,... More

Marcus was a lot of fun and helpful on the kayaking tour. I was a little bit concerned about capsizing but that was not an issue. This was also part of my honeymoon with my wife and we had a blast! If you like outdoors or want to try something new then this is a great thing to do.

Our family of four had a great trip to the Three Graces, in spite of the fact we started our excursion in a grey, soaking drizzle. Before long, the skies dried up, and we enjoyed a glassy bay, gorgeous sights, and a knowledgeable and friendly guide. Marc was wonderful helping us set up the trip, which was a last-minute idea.... Our family (2 adults, 1 pre-teen) had an awesome time kayaking with Kayak Tillamook on their Three Graces tour. Our guide Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the area and it's sea life. It was my son's first time in a sea kayak and any apprehension was quickly dissipated by Josh's enthusiasm. The Three Graces trip is a great way to... More
