We loved the diversity of the plantings, how clearly everything is marked and photo opps everywhere. In fall the remaining plants are sold at a steal !

Very nice gardens and laid out well. The tram ride provides a good overview of the acreage and some tidbits about the gardens. Lots of sculptures placed throughout, but my biggest problem with gardens were the signs indicating the price to buy the various sculptures. Lots of gardeners around to keep the weeds and dead plants under control.

My husband and I just ate at the restaurant this past Saturday. Service was very pleasant. My husband had the seafood pasta, which was very good, lots of seafood. I had the chicken which was stuffed and had the most delicious sauce. We both were very pleased. I had Sangria, and my husband had a very nice Red wine. Too... More

Oregon Garden provides a peek at so much of what makes Oregon beautiful! The complimentary tram winds throughout the garden, with an enjoyable overview by the driver. With tram stops throughout, you may make it a hop-on hop-off experience if you choose. Foot paths let you wander freely throughout the many specialty-themed gardens. A wonderful time for all ages!

This is definitely worth the visit. When you take the tram, you get an experienced guide to show you the layout of the garden and point out the many highlights. The tram is free with admission. We have gone during nearly every season of the year and there's always something interesting to see. Check out the dinner package at the... More

We are members so we go often as possible. We are eager to see each seasonal change-up to the landscape. It is a "Zen" experience for me, and I highly recommend it to all ages. We love to walk it - but there is a tram with live narration if you can't. The Rediscovery Forest is eerie and wonderful. The... More

Cost of entry, equivalent to A$25.00 for seniors, seemed high. We’re keen gardeners, producing a lot of our own fruit, olives, nuts, berries and vegetables... and we enjoy landscaping our own properties; but with insufficient time to include touring an eighty-acre garden... and a l-o-n-g list of other attractions to see between Salem and Portland... we contented ourselves with viewing... We spent several hours here starting with nicer than expected lunch in the cafe and wandered the extensive gardens. We learned the names of many plants and trees and purchased some plants from the plant nursery at very reasonable prices. We got lots of exercise and fresh air but also could have taken a guided tram tour through the grounds... More

I bought the ticket to enter at around 1 pm and the lady told me there was a tram that goes around the gardens leaving at 2 pm. Since I have difficulties to walk and was using a wheelchair I decided to wait for the tram only to find out that the 2 pm tram was only for a special... More
