What an amazing place to sip wine and enjoy the view. This was one of our favourites on our little tour. Just beautiful and great that we were able to get wine by the glass - pinot noir is all we wanted.

While this place has amazing views, and its grounds are well cared for and beautiful. But...you pay for it in the price of the wines. We tasted better on our tour that were below 30 a bottle. It has a distinct snobby feel, not the staff but the people in attendance. We made this our quickest stop.

I was in Portland and needed to work my way up to Seattle for work. I wanted to visit one of the famed Williamette Valley vineyards or two but didn't have a lot of time to be driving around before the drive north. As such the hotel concierge recommended Ponzi as being the best of the vineyards close to Portland.... More

What a spectacular winery showroom. The helicopter in the field adds to the prestige of Ponzi and cheese plate is very delicious.

Wish we had more time for this winery. Everyone was very friendly. We hope to be back next year so we can spend more time. Beautiful views. Would love to try some snacks. I loved the glass of wine I had but, forgot the name of it.

Our group of six visited here for a tasting, but most ended up limiting to one glass due to the high prices. We hoped to have some food along with the wine, but the small plate choices were few. The view of the vineyards and valley are nice, and we were located alongside a warm fireplace.

While in Portland we had time for one winery so we chose Ponzi because of its location and reputation as a great winery. It's located on a hill with an amazing view of the valley. The outdoor seating was comfortable and the hostess turned on the outside gas fire pit for us. True the wines are expensive and the service... More

We very much enjoyed our wine tasting out on the patio on a gorgeous day. Our 'tester' was super knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with her. As Ponzi was our first stop of the day, we had the place (and the staff) to ourselves. We also spent some time talking with an intern (who's name I don't remember) that was... More
