Excellent Tour and Tasting

We had a winery tour and tasting here. The wines are particularly good. The winery itself is small but it is in a pretty location.

Attended a dinner function with a group. Started off with wine tasting, a tour and history of the place. I found some wine served with the tasting sharp, acidic. We sat down to a wonderful meal served by the owner who is also a good cook! He paired all dishes with 2 glasses of wine for tasting, excellent way to... More

My son from NY loved this wine. He said its inexpensive but good. So we visited the winery about 45 minutes to an hour from Portland City Center. We had the "pairing menu". It cost $20 with a discount on the wine if you purchased a bottle. I bought six bottles. The food was really excellent and nicely paired. The... More

Selection of pinot noir was perfect. Great staff ask for alana she's a gem. Owner mark is lovely guy. This was part of a perfect day. All you want from a winery stop.

We did not actually try any of the wines. We just toured the grounds and were under the impression that the tastings were $15, although I notice that some reviewers are saying it is only $10, so I'm not sure which is right, or if it depends on the day, etc. There was a wedding or something going on the... Please take the time and extra $ to reserve the Winemaker's Tour, Tasting, and food pairing. Mark's passion and his pairings are awe inspiring. We joined the wine club and look forward to our wine club shipments. Vickianne's hospitality was stellar.

I was trying to be friendly, but I think the guy at the counter wasn't amused by my banter. I went with the $10 tasting flight. I didn't drink all of it, but he certainly didn't over pour. I ended up buying the Pinot Gris so I didn't have to pay for the flight. I thought the grounds were very... More

We showed up on a Sunday afternoon, were greeted by 3 staff, and presented with a menu of flight options from which to choose. When we asked for more information about each flight, our pourer seemed confused by the question. Wasn't it clear that they were from different vineyards? The first was "lighter" the last was "more complex." Many of... More

St Innocent is one of our favorite producers in the Willamette Valley. The produce excellent value pinot noirs. We have visited several facilities on our trip, and this was one of our favorites. From the beautiful grounds to the great wines, we really enjoyed ourselves. If visiting on a sunny day, bring some food and enjoy your wine with a... More

I was here 2 years ago, so this time I brought 7 other family members with me. St. Innocent remains my favorite Oregon winery: It's a beautiful quiet spot to taste their wines and to sit awhile and share a bottle with friends. We brought our own food, but I believe they have some for purchase. Their wines remain reasonable... More
