Cubanismo sits on a lovely hillside overlooking the Salem area of the Willamette Valley. The wines are just different enough to justify a stop here on any wine tour of the area Or, stop by for one of the many music themed events throughout the year.

A soft Rose', spectacular Pinot Gris and four Pinot Noir with distinctively different notes-all superbly enjoyable. Beautiful grounds and seating to enjoy with family and friends. We had missed this location during the last trip because we did not travel far enough on entrance road. Worth the drive, much more enjoyable than vineyards at entrance of road in my opinion.... Our son lives in Portland and whenever we visit we try to get to a few wineries in the Willamette area. This was my favorite for many reasons. First of all, its different from all the others. Their wines are amazing (Pinot Noir 2013 YES!) and reasonably priced. The ambiance in the tasting room transports you to the sunny caribbean... More

After you go to a few of these things over the years they get fairly predictable. Swirling glasses, tasting notes, and a fair bit of pontificating on the merits of one Pinot over another. So, when my friends and I walked into Cubanisimo on Memorial Day, we were pleasantly surprised. A Cuban band was on stage, tapas was being served,... More

We spent an hour here tasting wine and visiting with Traci, the super sweet and knowledgeable staff member. The wine was fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, and the service was first-rate. I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing time at this family vineyard.

I am not a pinot noir aficionado but after trying 2012 from Cubanisimo Vineyard I will drink again soon. I will also recommend to visit the vineyard. Beautiful place and the lady on the counter is very knowledgeable about the wine and the vineyard.

Spent the day traveling around the area visiting wineries. The winery itself is beautiful. The tasting room is set up well and the surrounds are lovely. However I was expecting more from the wine. Better places in the area.

We stopped at Cubanisimo Vineyard. One of our group is in the wine industry so when she said the wine was very good and purchased a bottle, I knew I was buying a few bottles too. The location was beautiful with nice grounds and a cute tasting room building. I could see having a wedding at that location. So close... More

We visited the vineyard last month while on vacation from Southern California. The property was just beautiful with great views of Salem. We've had their wines before, but had never been to the property so we were very excited to visit! Even though it was very busy on a weekday (we weren't expecting that), the service was still wonderful and... More
