Love this place to walk my dogs!!!

Great place for dogs who are dog friendly and enjoy nature and all sorts of smells! It is like attending a dog show with the number of different dog breeds there!

We take our dogs here every couple days to give them a good run. Never had a problem with other dogs. People are generally good and pick up after their pets.

After having a lovely Thanksgiving meal with my kids, we decided to get out and burn off some of the calories...um, no...I mean we thought it would be nice to go on a nature walk. Minto-Brown was close to our house (incase it turned out to a down pour) and has a lot to offer for the nature lover. We... More

Minto has it all: 1000 acres of biking and hiking trails, riverfront views, a connecting trail to another riverfront park south of it (almost no one goes there), and later this year there will be a connecting trail to downtown salem's Riverfront Park and Wallace Marine Park on the other side of the Willamette. Huge unfenced off leash dog park... More

Believe it or not, MBP was one of the main drawing features of our move to Salem. We were giving up the beautiful coastal beaches of Brookings and we wanted to move to a place where we could take our 3 dogs for good long walks, and let them loose. Love MBP!!!

A kid and pet friendly park with lots of space. We go to bike on the trails and when they finish the bridge to the city center we can avoid riding on the streets from South Salem to downtown. The kids can swim in the river and we pick blackberries in the fall.

A large City Park in Salem Or. It has miles and miles of walking paths. I Recommend no going their alone due to the number of homeless that live in the area.

This park is amazing. It has a dog off leash area, and also miles and miles of trails for strolling, jogging, bike riding, and just nature watching. It is so expansive that it doesn't really get old. You can rotate different regions of the park on different visits. My personal favorite is the section along the river because of the... More

Easy walking trails, birdlife, deer, rabbits, Willamette River, blackberries, all in one fabulous park for all to enjoy. We always see bikers, moms and dads with kids and pushing strollers, walkers and runners, people of all types, enjoying this wonderful park.

Took a quick hike down to the river, walked down a fallen tree to view the slough. Peaceful, quiet and clean.
