A beautiful sustainable group of miniature gardens folded into one. It is run strictly by volunteer Master Gardeners from OSU Extension. Whether wishing to find peace and solace, learning about what plants work well together, composting, pruning techniques or just enjoying a stroll, this is a must go to place in Roseburg!

On our way to River Forks Park we stopped here and we're glad we did. Different times of the year have a variety of plants and flowers. A special are for children is nice.

This is a bit off the highway but definitely worth the pretty drive. We spent 30 minutes or so walking through the gardens with our 4 & 10 year olds. The kids also enjoyed this. About a mile away is an amazing park with some of the best playground equipment we've played on, heads up the park is a state... More

Visited on a Monday. No one there. Wandered through. Lots of benches to sit and relax. Over 90 degree day so appreciated the shade. Some interesting things to see and learn about. Not very big.

This charming garden is a delight! The garden consists of a series of smaller garden spaces, each with its own theme. A particular favorite was the butterfly garden, but there is something for everyone - including the children.

We were told most locals don't know about this place and are typically introduced to it by out of town visitors. Fun garden sections. Great for homeschoolers! If there's a gardener there, they're happy to answer your questions. We went in March and July, so different things were blooming and growing. They even have a handicapped accessible garden with examples... More

Beautiful and up kept. There are several picnic areas (covered and uncovered as well). The plants are all labeled and there is a lot of information on composting. We love to stroll through and let the kids explore. It's all fenced in which is nice too. This really is a gem, and is open from dawn to dusk. It is... More

At least it used to be free and now that Douglas County Parks charge an entrance fee I'm not sure. This is detached from River Forks Park where there is definitely a fee now. So hopefully it is still free. It has lots of cool gardening displays put together by local "Master Gardeners". There is also a small pavilion where... More

Nice respite from I5 driving. There are picnic areas, lots of lovely flowers and plants. Good for gardening ideas. Bathrooms and playgrounds are nearby at River Forks Park.
