Friendly and Affordable. This beautiful 9-hole golf course is suited for all levels of play, with some of the finest greens on the Oregon Coast. Forest Hills is also more wind-protected than most other coastal courses. Forest Hills is a member-owned, not-for-profit facility, and we welcome ALL golfers to play-- we're open to the public year round. Memberships available. Seasonal rates. Military and Senior discounts. Driving Range and Practice Green. We look forward to seeing you!

Sisters program lists them as charging $20, don't know if that's for nine or eighteen. Our pro got the tees times for us which is supposed to be free greens fees and we pay for the cart. They were aerating greens and had temporary greens for all nine holes. The women in the clubhouse said she would charge us half price, because of the greens. We ended up paying $70 for our foursome, for nine holes, with cart. Somehow that doesn't compute and I won't be back for any price.

Hi gang,
I’ve stopped by Forest Hills G&CC a few times in the past hoping to play but they had tournaments in progress so I waited. I chose to drive out to Coos Bay from Salem and catch a round here. Staff very friendly and really made me feel welcome. I’ve been hurting with a stomach muscle pull and it tried to interfere with my golf but you know how golfers are.....
The course is laid out in a valley setting with many nature and TALL trees. Absolute heaven. They’ve recently sanded/plugged the greens but give ‘em a few weeks. Course played well on a straightforward layout. Stay clear of the edges of the fairways, tall grass awaits.
If you’re out and about on the beautiful Oregon Coast, do stop by, you won’t be disappointed. Restaurant currently closed, I think they’re looking for new owners/managers to re-open.

We went for lunch here. Food and service were good. It was a nice, quiet change from the crowds in town. We don't golf, but it looked like a beautiful golf course.

This golf course, open to the public is one fine 9-hole layout. The greens are among the finest I have ever played, prices are very reasonable and the course can can be walked or rental carts are available. Wildlife abounds!
Staff is friendly and professional. Full bar and bar food is available.
