We stayed here while visiting family in town. We loved it, friendly, clean, mice bathrooms. Playground for kids. We met great people while there. Little one could ride his bike. It was a Great stay. Clean pleasant place

I was quickly looking around the park where it is situated, and need come re-visit it when time permits.

Wish the tracks still existed to Baker City train depot... need to visit that one, too.

This historic depot served the Sumpter Valley Narrow Gauge Railroad back in the old logging and mining days of this history laden valley.

Excellently curated museum. Two floor of early Prairie City memorabilia centered around the railroad. Worth a trip.

Lots of history surrounds this old railway from hauling timber to hauling gold. A cool ride on a narrow gauge historic railway.

We really enjoyed our ride on the Sumpter Valley Railway, so did our four children. The price was reasonable for the experience, IMO. Lots of useful facts and stories shared by the gentleman in the car. The crew welcomed my three children aboard to show them how the steam works.
