I originally tried booking through tripadvisor, but when I call them, tripadvisor didn't seem to know the answers to my questions. I ended up calling the tour company itself and spoke with this super nice person on the phone. She answered all my questions and was able to book me over the phone and schedule my pick-up right then. It also sounded like booking directly through their website is really easy, but I'm kind of old school and wanted to do it over the phone.

Yes! They picked us up right outside the front door of our downtown hotel. So convenient!

They use a 10 to 12 seat high end van. No bathrooms, however, they make stops on the way to the falls that have bathroom facilities.

No, it is a smaller type van. The Pittock Mansion has restrooms as did the stop at the OHSU aerial tram so 2 opportunities during the 3 hour tour.
