There are certain times of day you simply don't want to be on the road. They make the train easy to find and so convienient to use. The traffic is really bad at rush hour like many cities.

If you don’t want to feel stressed while driving the slow moving freeway, or circling the Downtown core looking for a parkade, the TriMet solves it all. For $2.50, an adult can ride up to 2 1/2 hours in any direction or $5 for a...More

Efficient but it rains often and the shelters where you wait don’t protect you from bad weather. They should be shielded on the sides.

Easy to use, inexpensive, fast, efficient. relatively clean, went pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. I know a lot of people cheat the system but in the long run, that will come back to bite them because the system will have to hire people...More

We use it all the time as we live at the South Waterfront. Hop on to visit the Farmers Market in the Park Blocks or go to dinner in the Pearl and forget about parking.

The mass transit system in Portland, OR is outstanding! As seniors we get a great discount and take full advantage of the Tri-Met and Trolley's! It's wonderful for my husband to be able to enjoy the trips to Portland, without having to navigate through traffic!

Being tourists, we weren't comfortable with trying to drive and park in the Portland area. Wanted to visit places and mapped out our trip with the Tri-Met app. Worked great, just hopped off and on and no worries.

Comfortable ride to downtown from the airport. Did not have to deal with a car or parking in downtown Portland.

Title pretty much sums it up. People's infant: waaaa waaaa waaaa the entire Street Car Ride. Really? The Street Car itself also has 'adverts' which is annoying. You'll be on the Car, and over the loud speaker all of a sudden, "Sponsored By ...." It's...More
