I go to Barefoot Sage whenever I am in Portland. The foot soak and leg massage are absolute bliss. The massage therapists are friendly and very capable. There's always someone around asking to warm your soak or warm your neck wrap. Plus you can have a pot of tea to add to the zen-like atmosphere. When you walk out, your... More

Two friends treated me to a wonderful relaxing foot massage earlier this month at The Barefoot Sage. The three of us had the Peaceful Feet massage that started off with foot soaks then a 30 minute foot massage. There are a variety of massages to pick from with prices from $55 on up. It is well worth the price for... More

I've enjoyed visiting Barefoot Sage several times when visiting Portland. Oh how I wish there was one back home. This is the BEST foot and lower leg massage ever! The peaceful ambiance and relaxing atmosphere are wonderful, but I love the awesome massages the most. I've had a different masseuse or masseur each time. They have all done a wonderful... More

Wow! That's all I really have to say. Wow!! Every time and I mean every time I visit Portland I will be stopping here for what I call "The Experience". It doesn't matter what service you get for your footsies it's the atmosphere that will suck you into relaxation mode. You will be lifted into the dimension of Zen. I've... More

A dear friend told me about this place, so I knew I would enjoy the experience. I had no expectations as a first time visitor, but, I called ahead & easily set up an appointment. I was warmly greeted & led to a cushy purple couch. My feet loved the soak in a salty rose petal bath, while I sipped... More

This is a MUST DO when in Portland. I have rarely experienced the luxury and pampering offered at this lovely establishment and would now not consider a trip to Portland without booking a reservation. Great location near cute shops, coffee bars, restaurants and one of the more beautiful residential areas of the city. Enter into the cool sanctuary of soothing... More

A foot soak and massage for your tired feet. Fun to do with a group of friends. And make it more special with some tea and a treat. A unique experience.

Purple plush chairs, the smell of lavender and other fine herbs, dim lighting but energetic space. Seated with tea, chocolates or snacks can be ordered. Bring a friend or group and it's perfectly fine to chat quietly with pillows tucked around you. One person foot soaks and the other person receives the foot and leg massage. Around the room, the...
