Around the corner from Morton's and the view is beautiful. Many fine works of art are distributed around the building.

Portland is, unfortunately, a city with an increasing number of mediocre highrise structures that contribute nothing to the city's skyline or its street appeal. The KOIN building at least makes a contribution to the former.

It is one of the first building you see coming into downtown Portland. There used to be a parking lot and tavern at that location. The building is impressive and you can see it from the Rose Gardens up in the Park!
