Found this place after reading reviews online and was super happy that I selected it. The spa is nice and clean. I had a massage with Clayton and it was fantastic. He asked several questions before the massage to make sure which areas to focus on and continually checked in to make sure the pressure was at the proper level. He also gave follow up tips after the massage. Would definitely go back.

Visited Portland and found Zama online. What was stood out was their unique salt cave rooms. Reading about the benefits sold us. My husband and I booked two Weekend Warrior Massages in the salt room and added the halo treatment.

The room was more interesting than we anticipated and were immediately relaxed upon the moment we entered. Their massage beds are heated and our therapists were extremely professional and did an amazing job.

Thank you Daphne and Janis. You two were wonderful and used the perfect amount of pressure. We greatly appreciate your professionalism by having consistently checked in with us throughout our massage. If we were local, we would be in at least twice a month for sessions with you both.

Zama Massage was the perfect place for us to visit on our last day and we highly recommend them.

Splurged on a couple's massage for my boyfriend and myself, the two massage therapists were awkward with us from the moment we arrived. We didn't get all the services we paid for; it was supposed to be a massage/chocolate couple's package with like half an hour in a private room but we went at the end of the day so they were trying to rush us out. I get massages fairly regularly as I have a lot of neck/shoulder issues so I mean it when I say this was the absolute worst massage I've ever gotten in my life! The massage therapist who worked on me, rather than do the work of getting deep into these painful areas just put cups on and walked around the room for forty minutes or so of the 90 minute appointment. Waste of time and money. I will never ever go back here.

Having a girl's weekend in Portland--always visit a spa. Zama was not a good experience. Three of us, all having a package of 3 services. Two of us were given robes, chocolate and champagne--the other was not??? I asked to have some extractions during my facial--was not done. Facility is house turned into "spa". Will definitely choose another spa next time in Portland!!

I do the salt cave at home in So Calif so I thought my daughters would enjoy trying this out. Of course I was comparing to home and do wish that knowing this was a first time for everyone in their facility they should have explained the process and how it works to newcomers. No information on the walls salt etc She (because the lady did not introduce herself) opened the door said your therapy session will be starting soon here are blankets and chairs. I explained the process to the girls, they don't dim the lights there is nice relaxing music playing then you hear the air being pumped into the room thru one large looking pvc pipe. Sound wise you hear the traffic outside the people walking upstairs the talking on the next room. It was relaxing and the girls fell asleep when time was up they knock on the door say come upstairs. No mention to keep drinking water so your body will flush out the toxins. Would be nice to be offered a senior discount I will take them to mine in So ca and they can make the decision to come back

This was an amazing spa in Portland. It was great from the moment you walk in while being offered tea and coffee and smelling the pleasant aromas of essential oils. The massage was great and aromatherapy is offered if you are interested and the salt rooms are a must-do. The facial was relaxing and great because they use Eminence an all-natural line of facial products. Great staff as well!

This place is awesome. Went here with my husband for my birthday, and had a float and a massage (145$ total). The staff was super friendly, the float tank clean and perfect. I fell asleep twice. It was transcendental.

I came here with a friend and we treated ourselves to a pedicure, a facial and a massage in the salt room. The staff were friendly and well experienced. We both enjoyed every little part of our treatment and came away looking and feeling superb.
Prices here were quite high and we didn't mind that but didn't really like the way the tipping was handled at the desk when we left. Reception staff stood there and gave us an envelope for each if the service ladies that provided treatment and we had to write our names on the envelopes. We found that a bit weird.
