It was so much fun visiting the Oregon Coast and learning about the sustainable practices of the local seafood companies. It was a wonderful mix of education, fun, and culinary experiences. Learning more about where our food comes from helps us to feel more connected with local food producers. I loved eating fresh crab overlooking the water and learning how to catch crab. It was a day to remember! I highly recommend this for locals, visitors, and corporate events. The food and the adult beverages added to a wonderful culinary adventure.

This tour was incredible! Nic was a wonderful host and great driver out to the coast. This tour is well worth the money: we got to see and taste at a seaweed farm, visited a fresh crabbing restaurant and then ended at an oyster bar where we could shuck our own oysters. We had a great time with the other folks on the tour and would HIGHLY reccomend this tour.

What a fun day tasting and exploring sustainable seafood on the Oregon coast! Farm 2 Fork did an excellent job organizing and managing the tour. With each stop, we learned something new, tasted some great seafood and participated in the activities (if we felt inclined). We lucked out with perfect weather which made the outdoor and open air visits especially nice. Safety precautions were appreciated with everyone wearing masks and distanced as much as possible. Crab lunch on the dock was delicious and they even helped me bring back a live crab in their cooler for later!

We did the Coastal Exploration tour, with stops at a marina, seaweed farm, and oyster company, among others. This was an amazing tour, and we particularly enjoyed the opportunity to go crabbing - something I had never done before. All of the businesses we visited were clearly passionate about their work, and took great pride in showing us what they do. Nic was a fantastic guide, and full of fun information and anecdotes, and great recommendations of other places to visit. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Oregon coast.

Farm 2 Fork coastal tour was so amazing! We crabbed, ate crab, learned about shucking oysters. We watched tuna filleting and canning and learned about dulse, “the bacon of the sea”! It was so incredible! The food was amazing and Nic was the perfect guide! I’m a local and would recommend for anyone in the area to enjoy this tour!

Awesome all day meander into the the daily lives of sustainable and restoration farming. So eye opening for me and a gift to have found a tour that has so thoughtfully curated a sequence of farms and farmers passionate for the mission.
Ali keeps the day lively sharing bits of local trivia and providing background and context on the farms and farmers.
There are lots a fresh food samples along the way and no pressure to buy anything. The vibe was relaxed friendly and lots of questions were asked and answered.
I highly recommend spending your day this way.

I absolutely loved this food tour! My favorite part was crabbing off the dock at Kelly's Brighton Marina, and then eating fresh crab afterward. I also loved learning about Fishpeople's sustainable seafood practices and eating the tastiest oysters at J and Y Oysters. It was such a great day, and so well organized. Ali made sure we all felt safe in regards to COVID social distancing, wearing masks, and having hand sanitizer available. I learned so much, and had a great time! A wonderful way for people who love seafood to experience the beautiful Oregon coast with a knowledgeable guide.

We had a wonderful tour of a dairy farm, chicken and beef sustainable farm, and olive oil tasting at a winery. The owners were all very welcoming. The homemade ice cream was a big hit. It was a great time and I highly recommend it for kids as well. The operator is very knowledgable and helpful.
