Description:

Join us on our guided, culinary walking tours and taste your way through...

Join us on our guided, culinary walking tours and taste your way through some of Portland's most delicious neighborhoods from fine dining to food carts. Friendly guides make it fun, sharing stories of local culture and history, while you sample some of the best food in town. On all of our tours, we make 6-7 stops featuring casual eateries, higher end restaurants, a food cart, an educational stop, and a dessert location that reflect the way we eat in Portland. On tour, you may sample local craft beer, seasonal small plates, cocktails, tiny artisan cookies, micro-batch coffee, food cart goodness, and more, made with the ingredients & creativity that Oregon is famous for. You'll get the stories behind the tastes with your expert culinary guide. We offer tours in three of the city's greatest neighborhoods! Alphabet District Tour: Friday afternoons. Mississippi Ave Tour: Saturday & Sunday afternoons. Downtown & The Pearl District Tour, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. Our tour schedule varies seasonally, so please check our website for more details and to buy tickets!

A nice cross-section of the Portland food scene!

First and foremost, Arielle was a great guide! I disagree with a previous reviewer about the cost of the tour was out of line with the type of foods we sampled. My travelling... read more

Our tour guide was very sweet and passionate about where she brought us. It wasn't a lot of food, mostly alcohol, and there were just too many people on the tour. I would be willing to pay more to have fewer than 10 people on the tour. I also feel that the Mississippi Ave tour is really not appropriate for... More

First and foremost, Arielle was a great guide! I disagree with a previous reviewer about the cost of the tour was out of line with the type of foods we sampled. My travelling companion and I agreed it was a perfect cross-section of all the Portland food scene has to offer, from fine dining to food carts, artisanal fare, and... More

A mini history course of downtown Portland and the establishments visited. Lots of walking, so be prepared. Great your guide!

Great tour guide. Great food. Great way to learn about new restaurants in a city with so many great ones. I would recommend to locals and visitors alike. I will definitely look for food tours in other cities I visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Downtown Portland tour, learning about local history and sampling great restaurant fare. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us. Our family of four (two adults, two teens) had the good fortune of being on Amy's tour. Amy was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. We visited six local restaurants that gave us a great taste of what Portland has to offer. Our favourite stop on the tour (Grassa - an italian restaurant) was so tasty we stopped in the next... We had the lovely Arielle as our tour guide for the farmer's market and downtown area. She was so informed and cheerful and had the perfect demeanor for a guide. We learned a lot about each business we went to and we ate great food! It's clear that Arielle puts a lot of effort into her work and has great... More

I am so glad I took this tour!! Ariel was absolutely the best guide....fun, informative and an all around really nice young lady!! The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it and the walking was minimal. It was such a great way to learn things about Portland that I did not know....especially at the Farmers Market. This is... More

We were able to book a private food tour for eight close friends that have known one another since grade school. Heidi (owner) gave us our tour and we can't say how much we loved having her! She fit right in with our group and would love to have her take us to Italy, or anywhere in the world! She... More
