Our newlywed friends knew the Clackamas and had their Jack and Jill party with the entire crew floating down the river. It took 4-5 hours. $5 per car parked. They are carry in carry out for rubbish. The Park provided reusable trash bags and trash drop point mid-way & at the end. Keep booze et al out of Park Ranger... More

Follow the Clackamas River from Oregon City all the way past Estacada to find several small lakes usually stocked with fish. Several have camping available. Super quiet up there.

Always love a run down the Clack. It is just entertaining enough for my skill level. I love how close it is to Portland also. Bob's hole is also a great wave to practice playing in...

10 family members ages 11-45 went river rafting on June 4. The water was still cold so we were given Farmer John style overall wetsuits, fleece sweaters and rain jackets with water shoes.
