We walked in and were not sure what to do as no one was at the host stand. We asked around and then went up stairs. They have a nice selection of beer but we only stayed for one round!

We usually have a good experience here. The food is a bit pricey but it's good. This past time we had a blonde woman who provided terrible service to us. Don't know if she didn't like serving a group of gay guys, was just having a bad day, or what, but she was cold and indifferent. Did not create a... More

we normally go for Happy Hour when in town. The service is great, drinks are reasonable and the food is always good. Doesn't get much better than that.

Been going to Bridgeport since we moved to Portland back in 2000. The brewery itself has changed a lot since then. Menu thankfully moved away from typical pub food and interior had a serious face lift. There are facilities for large groups now - some really nice private rooms upstairs. With so many other craft breweries in town Bridgeport doesn't... More

There are many other eateries in the neighborhood but I always eat at Bridgeport whenever I am in the area. Both lunch and dinner menus offer an interesting selection of items. I can recommend the burgers, pretzels, sausages and sandwiches and of course the beers. They also have wine. The service is always good. The place is tastefully decorated but... More

Been several times and is my favorite downtown brewery. I like the fact that it is a beer drinkers paradise but fancy enough for my wife (who likes cocktail bars) to happily go there too. Food is OK (nothing more) but the cask ales are top notch.

My friend and I walked over from the Alphabet district for dinner one night. We quickly found seating upstairs. Man, was it dark. Hard to read menus, and didn't add anything to the atmosphere. But the service was great, the beers excellent, and the food was very good. I had the Shepard's Pie and other than it being a bit... More

Having been to the Bridgeport Brewery before but only for beer, I had high expectations for their dining room. Overall, this place was very nice, friendly reception, seating, and service. The menu pretty extensive, with seafood, salad, and soups. We sampled the Wings and Quesadilla appetizers. Both were very good, with the wings being excellent. I ordered the Soup and... More
