Had some very well made brews here - a nice tasting sampler. But the real fun was the tour, which was outstanding. We were shown around by Todd, who was extremely knowledgeable and an enthusiastic guide. We learned a lot about this company which is very much not in the typical corporate mold. If you are interested in green businesses,... More

Great spot to come for good food and a variety of drinks. If you are a IPA drinker then you should come for the CZAR 7 hops IPA. Nectar. We had a great server which helps as she wasn't shy about her recommendation. All of us a very good meals. Great way to spend dinner time in Portland.

I don't know how long Bridgeport has been around, but it's a fixture. Again, Portland is known for its beer....and this place also has great food.

We visited last night and it was a little underwhelming. The beer was not to Our liking And pales in comparison to so many other taprooms in The area. The vibe and energy for a Saturday night was low. Equally disappointing was The waitstaff which explains The low energy Of The place. Our waitress was not attentive and we Waited... More

Bridgeport is one of the first craft breweries in Portland, located on Marshall Street just a few minutes from our home. Pub and brewery share same old converted industrial building which provides warehouse style decor for the pub style restaurant. Has an excellent happy hour, good choice of craft beers and wine and also serves up some pretty good food.... More

I can't say anything horrible about this place, it's a pretty nice set up with several rooms to choose from for your tasting /dining pleasure. My biggest problem was the menu. There wasn't a lot of options, especially for vegetarians. The beer choices weren't great either unless you are an IPA fanatic. It's lacking the spice of life ~ variety!... More

In the Pearl District, Bridgeport is the grandfather of PDX's brew pubs. Beer taste runs to the bitter/extra hoppy IPA and coffee stout/prorter side. I live in the neighborhood and don't usually eat at Bridgeport because the portions tend to be huge. If I was on vacation and celebrating or a teenager - sure, but too much food otherwise. Lively... Good food and good craft beer; the atmosphere is nice too. Great place to meet up with friends or have a casual lunch/dinner on the town.

Compared to the other nearby breweries there is only a limited offering here. If you do visit on a nice day, the patio is a great place to sit.
