About
We are a family-run whitewater rafting company based in Phoenix, Oregon, and we believe that being outside is simply good for the soul. After thousands of river miles, we’ve discovered that it might be whitewater and thrill that draw people to our business, but it’s the people – family, old friends, new friends, and our guides – that bring our guests back for another trip. The same is true for us – we love being outside and spending time on the river, but it’s sharing these special places with others that makes it worthwhile. Most of all, we feel lucky to have the best customers on Earth.

My wife and I took a half day white water tour with Aaron, because of the questionable weather no one else booked or they all cancelled. We were the only people on the trip. The experience was wonderful, Aaron did a good job explaining what we would be doing on the trip, he took up through a safety briefing which put my wife at ease, this was her first rafting trip. We drove out to the launch area and Aaron had the raft in and in short order we were going down the river. Aaron did a great job explaining the ecosystem and water levels and what that meant in terms of the rapids. The paddling was not as strenuous as I expected compared to my last trip back east. This was a great trip for a beginner or someone who does not want to be absolutely worn out at the end of the trip. The rapids were exciting and definitely worth the trip. I would highly recommend Indigo and Aaron and this trip. We would definitely feel comfortable bringing friends along on this trip or one like it the next time.

We got a private shuttle for the upper Klamath River from indigo creek outfitters. The driver was there promptly at 11am. It was so reassuring to see our truck -trailer pull off from the put in knowing it would be waiting for us at the end of our run.

My wife and I plus another couple were clients on the inaugural “Rogue Express” trip with Indigo Creek.
A two day Wild and Scenic “Express” trip is perfect for anyone with limited time.
It didn’t take long to teach Will and TJ how to row their rafts.
Just kidding, Will and TJ are masters of their craft and exemplary watermen.
They are also the two best chefs on the river. Food was excellent (beyond excellent) using healthy and fresh ingredients not to mention some good wine and beers.
They employ simple but effective COVID-19 protective methods to keep everyone safe and well throughout the trip. I appreciated this as a healthy but 66 years young person.
I highly recommend Indigo Creek. I’ve been on four previous wild and scenic trips with other outfitters and in my experience, Indigo Creek is the best.

These people are awesome! they're so kind and really care about their customers. Not only did they help my family have an amazing weekend, but they made it happen without stress, confusion, or frustration. I've always been impressed by Indigo and our recent experience only confirmed my feelings even more. thanks so much Indigo Creek!

We did a 3 day, 2 night Upper Klamath rafting trip. Honestly, I just can't imagine how it could have been a better experience. The guides were well trained, friendly, and knowledgeable. When they broke out the food for us in the evening, I (almost) felt bad for all the trouble they were going to. Our family hasn't camped - ever - and this was a really special experience for us. Just A+. Couldn't recommend highly enough. We will always remember this trip.

Just completed the Rogue River Kayaking Trip with Indigo Creek Outfitters and DeRiemer Adventure Kayaking. The kayaking was excellent and the river guides were Awesome. I had special dietary needs (gluten-free) for the trip and the Indigo Creek staff did a great job accommodating - I was completely comfortable with the food preparation and cross-contamination concerns. Highly recommend Indigo Creek Outfitters and DeRiemer Adventure Kayaking.

Our family of 4 did the two day Rogue Express trip. It was awesome. Our guides Adlar and Daniel made us feel safe every step of the way and prepared us for everything. The trip was both exciting and relaxing. Our guides cooked us up amazing meals that we are still talking about. The trip was fast paced which was perfect for us. We’d love to come back for a longer trip down the Rogue with Indigo Creek Outfitters. Everything was done with professionalism and fun. Thank you for a great experience!

What a great trip! Easy to book, great communication with owner, well organized onsite, and friendly knowledgeable guides. I was looking for an easy way to get out of the city and this was it. Camping has never been so easy!! What the lower Klamath lacks in excitement in regards to rapids it makes up for in beauty. Bald eagles, river otters, bears and waterfalls. Perfect. Mosquitoes weren’t too bad either which is saying something. The food was plentiful and hearty. The sleeping pad is thin but whatever, it’s camping and waking up in those beautiful surroundings to hot coffee (that I didn’t have to make) was well worth it.

And I mentioned it above but they deserve another shout out… the guides are great and really made the trip.

I have medical challenges and felt slightly nervous about floating. I reached out to Julie, and told her about it. She worked with me and I chose the Table Rock Float so there wouldn't be any water going down my trach tube. Myself and a friend went and Will was our guide. VERY informative and receptive. Absolutely made me feel 💯 comfortable. Clean van, raft and office. This is a locally owned family run business. I was VERY pleased with all aspects. Will be returning next summer for more floats! Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous time with our extended family rafting down the lower Klamath. The river is nice and quiet - few groups travel that stretch, compared to the Rogue - and the campsites were beautiful. The guides provided a good mix of exciting whitewater, beautiful hikes up side creeks, jumping rocks, and plenty of activities at camp. The food was amazing! Julie was an awesome trip leader, and Daniel, Addy, Willy and Adler all kept us safe while having a blast.
