This was during COVID and it was the only restaurant open in The Mill Casino. It was good, had the quesadilla taco's and the deep fried green beans. It was a bit on the pricey side, however, everything is these days!

looking for something simple as we are staying in the Mills RV park. walked in all tables no booths. I ordered a dinner salad and a Burger med rare it came just as I ordered it, along with the BEST Tatar Tots I have had in years, full bar huge pours, service was very good.

First, let me say that Warehouse 101 is one of the few places in the area to offer live music w/ room to dance. CoosBay/NorthBend has a strong line-up of incredibly talented groups, so the music is always smashing. That, however, is more a recommendation for the musicians than the venue. Frankly, the ONLY thing 101 has going for it in itself is very friendly, efficient waitstaff/bartenders. I say this because the drinks are always weak (even if you request a double) and ridiculously high-priced for the quality, and the food is laughable. My fiancé and I have given 101 dining options 3 solid tries and each time it was a progressively harder slap in the face to throw good money after bad, bad food.
I have NO idea how they get such rave reviews on their brisket and ribs...makes me wonder if perhaps it was some individuals' first experience with those dishes. Because in all my life I have never seen such a sorry, burnt while simultaneously undercooked, tasteless, goopy excuse for either of these normally fool-proof dishes. They say they slow-roast them all day...well, I don't know how try still manage to make them hold on to the bone like a child being wrenched from its mother. The sauce is some proprietary blend of spices, pecans, and apple chips that sounds delicious on paper...once it's in your mouth though, it's reminiscent of a "recipe" my sister wrote when she was 5 that includes everything except Cap'n Crunch and ketchup. All jest aside, there is literally NO harmony in this cacaphony of flavors.
And the brisket sandwich? Oh gosh, don't let me get started...they serve a slop of this same affrontery of meat with no cheese or fixings on a PLAIN, COLD BUN. Allow to expound on what I mean by plain and cold: untoasted, no mayo or sauce of any kind, dry old bun that looks like it was pulled from a Walmart brand hotdog bun bag 2 seconds before arriving on your plate. All this plus a pile of tasteless limp fries and you have a recipe for Adios Appetite for $24.99.
My fiancé and I continue to stop by at fairly regular intervals because we love the music; our local talent is the ONLY reason for the high star count as I don't want their turnout to suffer due to negative reviews of their venue. But Warehouse 101's dining options are an embarrassment to anyone who has ever had a long and loving relationship with meat.

Being from Las Vegas, I know what service is. On 9/25/2022 around 4pm, I entered this establishment looking to get some food and drink. 10 minutes go by and I don’t even get any acknowledgment that I’m even here as a customer. Finally after 10 minutes, I get a menu. Another 10 minutes pass, no offering drinks or taking my order. But what do I notice? Blonde waitress serving 4 customers that came after me with drinks and taking their orders. It’s not like it was crazy busy. I know I’m the only Black customer but no need to make your racism so obvious. I got cash and I just wanted a burger and a beer and maybe enjoy the game. I ended up walking out and going next door to Timbers Cafe where I was treated correctly. Do better. Pathetic service.

Seriously, the worst service ever! I've got a very high tolerance level with service (14 years serving 11 almost 12 bartending) it takes a lot to frustrate me and I will say that this place was awful!!! I can't say much for the food itself becuase we literally left TWICE because no one would serve us! I can forgive the first time, the girl working was running her butt off but it was too much for just one person to handle. The second time the server (a different one) just didn't care whatsoever! The hotel staff were nice, nothing exceptional but not a disappointment either. However, we came to the dunes to ride so we have a truck and trailer in tow so leaving the casino is a task, so NOT being able to eat at the restaurant in the casino was frustrating to say the least.. we will be back to the area for sure, but we will NOT being staying there again :( sad, if they could get it together it would be a nice place.

I don't know if it was a bad night but I'm not willing to try it again to find out. My ribs were cold,burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Greens were undercooked and cold, beans were flavorless and you guessed it, cold as well. Hubbys burger was dry.
I would have complained if my server had come back to check on us but she never did. We finally gave up and went up to the bar and paid. We were staying at the hotel and I left a complaint on the survey. Someone needs to do some quality control in that kitchen.

I felt that every department was going through cost cutting measures and they made my experience feel cheap and the casino had a dark and dreary appearance

We enjoyed most of the weekend at The Mill. The room was great and there was plenty to enjoy downstairs. But our Saturday evening plans were ruined by a very rude waitperson in the Warehouse 101 sports bar. I was so angry afterward that I just couldn't enjoy the rest of the evening. Maybe they need to TEACH staff how to speak to customers. It will be a long time before we even consider going back. There are plenty of other places to spend our money!

Was charged for a burger i couldn't eat.
