Cool bridge. You drive over it on the 101 as you go from the north side of Newport to the South. Awesome views of the harbor. That is when its not fogged in!

Worth the stop if your into architecture. It’s also located near the aquarium and the fish market. So you can make an adventure out of it!

Whether viewing the bridge from a car, walking over it or looking at it from the ground, or even surfing under it, it is quite a site. It is the main connection from the town of Newport to South Beach. On the bridge one can see the entire Newport Harbor, NOAA ships dock, and to the west, the bay opening in the Pacific Ocean. What a view. Looking at it from the bay front or from the other side, near the lighthouse, is worth a photo or two.
