Does anyone really expect this place to be amazing?? It's not. It's campy and cheesy and fun and that is what I like about it. If you've never been to a Ripley's, you might try one, just for fun. My kids enjoyed it, though a couple of the scenes might be a little scary for some kiddos. It is quirky... More

I've been to Ripley's in various cities through the years and they all are pretty much the same. We ended up going because the weather was bad and we didn't want to stay outside in the cold. I enjoy seeing and reading about all this unusual stuff but this place doesn't stand out from any other Ripley's. It's worth seeing... More

Our family did not enjoy the tour of this establishment. If you have ever watched the tv show "Ripley's" it is all the same stuff. It is old and smelly in the building. My kids did not like it one bit. You can shop the gift shop for free, and it is a good one. But don't pay to tour... More

Such a strange place, but we had fun! Husband and I, and our 6 month soon. Easily accessible with stroller. It was a good escape from the rain. Takes about 30 minutes to get through it; do yourself a favor and purchase the trio (Ripley's, Wax Works, and Undersea Gardens). Makes much more sense for the cost.

I remember as a kid, watching this show on TV. Much more fun going to an actual establishment. Fun for ALL family members. I would just bring the kids that are of school age though.

We were looking for entertainment in Newport and saw the photo of a mummy in Ripley's ad that intrigued two in our group, so we paid $18.95 for an adult and child; $7.95 for a senior with a senior and veteran's discount. The adult and child bailed out after fifteen minutes, just after the mummy. The senior/veteran felt his entrance... More

We really enjoyed this place. Everything was so real looking. But a little scary for the little one. We had a blast taking our pictures with the was figures.

It's really not worth the time. The exibits are nothing special and not really a believe it not thing. A waste of your time and money. Don't waste your time or money. Will not go back.
