This is craft wine making at it's best. Taste wine in the barn. If you want fancy architecture, or to eat a gourmet lunch with large tour buses, this isn't the place for you. If you want really fine wine and no pretentiousness, stop here.

We were personally greeted and the tasting menu was personalized with our name. A very informative background of the winery and their wines. Highly recommend visiting. Remember, by appointment only, so call in advance. Google maps doesn't work so plan accordingly.

Six of us (three couples) scheduled an appointment for a tour and tasting at Beaux Freres. The winery is very laid-back and comfortable. Our tasting was accompanied by excellent Oregon cheeses and charcuterie. The wines that we enjoyed ranged from special to spectacular. It's easy to understand why this winery is so highly regarded among the wine Illuminati. Expect to... More

We were sent by our local wine expert and had a great time. They make small batch great Pinot Noirs. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain a lot of the wine making process. Very interesting and fun. Reservations required.

A short stop at a friendly site, complete with a special doggy greeter. Very low key and relaxing. Great Pinot Noir in a rustic setting.

Not sure what to expect on arrival. Very rustic surroundings, not your typical Willamette winery. Small tasting bar. Owner came and took us on a private tour of winery. Amazing smells and details of wine making process. Wine was unbelievable. Now making a chardonnay was well as Pinot. Upper Terrace wines are fantastic. Spent way to much!

We had private tasting with Erin. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The grapes were just being sorted at harvest time. If u love Pinot Noir, this a must stop.

3 couples on a wine tour in the Willamette Valley. We got in touch with Mike and made an appointment for 11:00 AM. We had just driven up and were taking a picture of the winery sign when Mike shows up in his truck. Introductions were made and he said he was on his way to get a pump but... More

Stopped in here without an appointment and tasted some superb wines. The girl in the tasting room was knowledgeable and friendly and even waived the $25 tasting fee web it became obvious I had a genuine interest. Kudos too for not advertising or mentioning the RP connection. Some of the best wines in Oregon.

Beaux Freres has, hands down, the best of the Oregon Pinot Noirs. The tasting room is an experience in and of itself as well; it's located in the old farmhouse where they now office, package, and make wine. Don't miss this winery while you're in the area, but be sure to make an appointment.
