The guides are fun. We played rafting games like freeze tag and capture the flag (or if you are on the tricky raft like I was) capture the oars. The guides get to know those on their rafts, and the food is amazing when you stop for lunch. This was my second time hear, and it is always getting better.

We took this trip with Timberline Adventures. Before we got to the Morrison hike & float trip we had 2 days with a smaller group where we hiked into the headwaters & saw the Rogue river Gorge. We hiked to the top of Mt. Scott for a great view of Crater Lake and spent a night at the lodge there.... More

I just completed the 4-day supported hike from Graves Creek to Foster Bar along the protected Wild and Scenic section of the Rogue River. Day 1 was just under 10 miles to Black Bar Lodge, Day 2 was 14 miles to Marial Lodge, Day 3 was just under 4 miles to Paradise Lodge, and Day 4 was about 11 miles... More

What can I say? This was indeed my favorite trip ever. Starting at Morrison Lodge, which is enjoyable and interesting in and of itself, this 4-day vacay has a river guide accompany hikers on a raft to provide backup, rides, snacks and delicious riverside lunches -- and Lady Luck blessed us our entire adventure. It was cool and rainy off... More

This was my first time river rafting and I loved it! A friend and I joined the full day rafting on the Rogue river, class I, II with a couple of soft class III toward the end. The weather was hot, in the 90s but we could jump into the river to cool down. The river was quite calm and... More

3 friends and I took a 4-person (with one guide), 3 day trip down the Rogue, stopping at lodges for the two nights we were on the river. It was a terrific mix of scenery, rapids, good food and adventures in Ducky-ing (Duckies are one-person inflatable kayaks). Our Guide, Nick, was the perfect river companion; Knowledgeable, expert, experienced, congenial, safety-conscious... More

We just finished a 4-day, 3-night hiking trip supported by RWA and three Rogue River lodges. This was part of a longer trip to southern Oregon with Timberline Adventures. We went as a couple among as many as 11 travelers and had a wonderful experience with all parts of the trip. I am recovering from a knee injury and was... More

We went on this trip with another couple for a four day fishing trip down the Rogue River, staying at a different lodge each night. There were 3 other couples on the trip, whom we did not know, but everyone got along great! Each couple was in a drift boat with a guide, who are all very knowledgeable about the... More

I love to hike and was very drawn to the idea of going from historic lodge to lodge. The trip exceeded my expectations and also provided me with wonderful scenery, a little challenge and the chance to meet great people. The lodges were rustic, but clean and comfortable and the food was really good. The support guide, Brent, was knowledgeable... More
