I've been having lower back issues on and off for the past year and my Chiropractor recommended getting a massage to help manage the pain. I never really considered it since guys don't get massages right? I thought that it was strictly a woman thing and I couldn't have been more wrong. So here I am vacationing in the Medford area when my back starts to act up. Not wanting to ruin the rest of my vacation I decided to give the massage a go and I am glad that I did. Since I never had a massage before my anxiety was on the high side but Amanda helped bring it down by being informative and genuine. I loved this lady and studio!! Booked a 90min massage. Wonderful essential oil where you lay and heated massage table. Also wonderful relaxing music in the background. She assesses you for about 20minutes and then works deep into your muscle tissue. She made me feel so comfortable!! She found all my stressed spots for sure and then more. Why do I always have to find the best masseuses on vacation? Oh well I'm not complaining !!!! So happy I chose her (Amanda) -Sheri from the FL keys 😘
