My kids have a pretty good time here usually, but I've had a hard time with them making reasonable accommodations. It's pretty industrial in decor and the staff is pretty unforgiving in cases where you bring in a coupon without reading the fine print. It ain't too cheap but fun for once in a while. Anyway, I think they need to do a little better on PR but the kids like it.

This was a fun time for our kids. I was a little annoyed with the initial registration process using an iPad. This was not very user friendly but it's all they have and not real obvious when you walk in. They also make you buy their socks to use which are reusable in theory but don't seem like they will last long. The staff is a bunch of teenagers that seemed more interested in their own conversations rather than assisting the patrons. Too expensive to make this a regular option, but maybe every so often.

This is a fun place to go for a couple of hours. Kids really enjoyed it. Its a little cheaper on weekdays than on weekends. Also you have to purchase socks for $2.00 ( A one time fee) There are couches on the floor for those that are not participating which was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rogue Air! We had a joint birthday party for my 7 year old & 11 year old sons. All of the kids had the best time! The birthday party packages are a great deal & the only thing you have to worry about is the cake. The staff there really went above & beyond to be helpful, and they were always smiling. They made the check in process smooth & easy & they took care of all the little details. In the trampoline area, they were playful & fun with the kids jumping! We will definitely be back. So much fun for all ages.

Do not waste your time or money here. This was a terrible experience. We were in town and wanted to take our kids here to jump. Turns out you can't jump at the trampoline park. First we arrived the night prior to check it out. I asked the young man at the front desk about the "special" (see picture) I saw online and asked him how much it was. He said, "Oh the summer special, it's $6 a person." I said great, we will be back tomorrow. We arrived the next day and I spoke with the manager. I asked for the summer special and she pretended that she didn't know what I was talking about. She told me there is no special, even though I told her that I not only saw it on the website, but I spoke with an associate the day prior about it. She proceeded to charge me $52 for me , my husband, and my 1 year old and 5 year old to jump for an hour. That is RIDICULOUS! We were told that we had the option to go on 4 different trampolines. We proceeded to make our way over to the first one, it was closed. We tried another one and my children were "too short" to go on it. We settled on one that had no one in it, since the only other one had a party in it with approximately 20 kids, which I wasn't going to let my little kids into. They started jumping on this large one, and we were immediately told that they are only allowed to jump on it one at a time. My husband asked her how it makes sense that our little kids are only allowed to jump on the trampoline one at a time when it is the largest trampoline we have ever seen, but then 20 kids can be on at the same time on the other one. She said she didn't agree with it either. We then asked if they gave refunds and went back to the manager. She got defensive and asked why, so he told her why. The pricing is ridiculous and the rules are insane. You aren't allowed to just go and have fun, and the rules don't make any sense. Don't waste your time here, go elsewhere and have fun for WAY less. 0 stars.

I took my four grandkids there - ages 6-16 - and they had a blast. Even their parents jumped and had a great time. They want to go back on their next visit.

For a place that encourages family fun, they made it difficult to have fun with the family. My 3 year old way only able to use 40% of the facility (and that was paying to upgrade her entrance) I could only jump with her in one small section. The other two areas she was able to enter was apparently one person only?? That’s ridiculous- who plays basket ball alone? I was also unable to hold her and jump- even tho she was laughing and giggling. We are from California, in our trampoline parks she is able to jump in all sections with all members of our family-mother, father and two brothers. I would just like to say is it very unfortunate and frustrating that we spent 60$ to enter a trampoline to to play separately. Maybe society would be a kinder place of people spent more quality family time together.... but not here.... apparently. Staff was kind when enforcing rules but rules were way over top.... not recommended for families with young children.

If you are wanting to go somewhere to have a fun, have good quality time with a significant other or your family this place is NOT for you.

I didn’t care that they charged me $2 extra dollars per socks or the fact that this place is uncomfortably empty.

I care that they Literally pay there employees to follow you around the ENTIRE time.

Seriously, in the 15 minutes I was there (until we asked for a refund) we had 4 employees awkwardly follow us around like lost puppies.

You don’t get any privacy or quality time and the second two people get on the same trampoline all chastise you as if you were little kids.

Save yourself time and money and don’t come here.

We took our grand children and their friends to the Air Trampoline Park and had a ball. The kids jumped until they had no energy left to jump. Grandpa and I also had a ball. The trampolines are in great shape and the employees helpful and the price was right. What a fun-filled day.

I've been to the Rogue Air Trampoline Park, on three occasions and all three were full of fun! This place may be a little overpriced but at the end of the day, it is worth it. This park is well spread out with organized areas of play such as a dodge ball department, moon walk department, free for all department, air bag department and my favorite the basketball department. The park has ages separated into different sections so they can better accommodate everyone and even have a stylish common area with lazy-boyz and televisions. This place is a blast, but try to dress light and have some sort of compression long sheet shirt and pants to prevent minor burns ( although, these are not needed ). Check this place out!
