+ Lots of choice for stores to buy baby or adult's clothing.
- Unfortunately, there seems to be a bit of a gap for tweens and teens
+ Clothes shops, shoe shops, gift shops, a cafe, parking etc
- Restrooms need some serious cleaning.
We will definitely continue visiting! Thanks

We spent about 1.5 hours here one afternoon perusing the shops. Parking can be at a premium up close, so we elected to park in the adjacent lot. Most of the walkways are covered which is important to shield you from rain on the coast. Would go back.

Excellent and well laid out mall, perfect for shopping in nice weather; unfortunately it wasn't nice weather when we visited so we only went to Old Navy so I could get a pair of jeans and Eddie Bauer where both my husband and I spent the better part of an hour. Some really great value stopping here, we were on the fence about visiting, but when it started to rain we thought it would be a good activity. So glad we made that decision! It is worth stopping here to stretch your dollar on clothing and a bite to eat.

Wife and I live 8 miles from this mall and only been there 3 times out of the 16 1/2 years living here and the reason so few times is all 3 times seemed like a big waste of time. As for tourist i don't know why anybody would come to Lincoln City to go to an outlet mall when there are so many other activities to do. For health alone why would you walk around for several miles at a mall when there are treasures on the beach you could find. I myself 3 years ago on the beach by Mo's Chowder found a 1842 silver dollar when looking for the glass floats the city puts out. Coin dealer thought it was a great find and valued at $120.00. Not to mention he also informed me that the year of the coin was also the year Lincoln city was established. Anyways the mall is a big waste of time unless that was your plan to just walk around shopping instead of enjoying the scenery and beaches.

We stopped at this mall while touring through Lincoln City. It's a typical outlet center that was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Parking in the garage is easier than trying to find a spot in the lots. The stores were typical but we did find some good prices at the Columbia Clearance Center.

We used to come here for Black Friday sales 15+ years ago when I would visit at Thanksgiving time. Things have changed a lot, but this place is still full of stores and is still busy. I did not expect that. It has great stores and activities and restaurants in it, so you really can come here for as long as you want, especially on a cold or rainy day. My family ended up here multiple times before I caught up to them, but I enjoyed my run around the place trying pepper sauces, shopping the Eddie Bauer sale, etc.

I live in Oregon and love the 'no tax' angle on shopping, even more so when it comes to checking out Oregon's outlet store offerings. This is one of three areas in Oregon to shop the outlet stores. The others are in Bend and the Portland Area (Woodburn).
The Tanger Outlets at Lincoln City have several big names: Nike, Adidas, Eddie Bauer, Old Navy, Coach, Jones of New York, Columbia, Hanes, Liz Claiborne... and other 'lesser' stores. Shaped in a big 'O', you can park in the two level parking garage - what I'd recommend - or inside the 'O' which at peak times tends to be overcrowded and tight. People pulling trailers or driving motorcoaches may have to park behind the outlets, as there's no room for them in the other areas.
Several restrooms are available; clean and not crowded when I've been there despite crowds in the complex itself. TIP: Check out the one near the candy and icecream store first . It's in a corner, with the entrance on the side of the building. Seems to have low traffic flow.
Eating at the outlets is tricky. There is a very good Asian cuisine place (Chinese and Japanese food including sushi) that offers take-out or dine in options. A sandwich shop that's part of a wine shop is the only other option IN the outlets for a meal. There is a candy and ice cream shop, but no 'food'. Since the outlets are on HWY 101 where there are lots of food options, it's not really a big issue, but a picnic out of the car might work well here.
Walkways are up n' down, some with wheelchair access ramps and some without them. A few benches and a couple picnic tables are inside the 'O', but not much seating is available overall.
If you are a savvy shopper and know what a 'deal' is, this is a good place for you to shop. If you think that all things from outlets are a deal, you should probably brush up before you go and buy things that are really not 'on sale'.
Good deals on bras, underwear (Hanes), outerwear, workout wear, and shoes are readily available, as are cooking items. Oakley Vault has a store there, but I found the prices to be higher than the vault area online. Do your homework before you shop, and you should be OK.
Also, sign up for the Tanger Outlet newsletter on their website and get sent coupons before you head out to shop.

We went one evening while travelling through Lincoln City and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived around 5pm and stayed till closing at 8pm.
I loved the Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch outlet, we got some great bargains there and there happened to be a buy one get one free sale at Rockport, so my wife and I each bought shoes and also use the coupon from the visitor centre which gave us an extra $20 off.
We weren't expecting much but we got some great bargains. Well worth a visit and definitely get the coupon book from the office or download the app for extra sales.

Well, it's hard to love shopping in a setting like this, but there's no tax in Oregon, so shopping it is.
The mall is ok. Sort of like everywhere else. Wish they had a better shoe store.
