An old-fashioned museum, but charming in the feeling of time travel into the historial past of this area. (And is right down the block from The Klamath Basin Brewery (aka "The Creamery"). Another perk of visiting this neat old-timey museum, full of great memories of another era.

This was well worth the few bucks to get in. (even got senior discount). This is no big city museum but they had a nice diversity of exhibits, they place was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Even though it is small, as museums go, the wife and I still managed to spend over an hour in there. It was very... More

Great little museum. Area has a lot of history and this museum has a lot to offer. Housed in the old Armory, it is a good starting place to learn about the local area, especially about the Modoc Indian War.

I wasn't expecting much at the Klamath County Museum, since I've seen a lot of ho-hum dusty old small regional museums barely worth a visit. But the Klamath museum is quite outstanding for a museum of this sort. It's very well organized and interesting. It covers natural history of the area, as well as a very good cultural history from... This museum is well worth a visit. It covers the natural history of the area, the Modoc War, and some of the social history of the area. There is also a small but fascinating rock collection. There is limited free parking in the rear. Restrooms are clean. There is a nice shop. The trolley tour of Klamath Falls stops in... More

We went here with our 2 daughters aged 7 and 9 and had a wonderful afternoon visit. The place is very diverse, covering local history, animals and forestry, and several other topics. The pricing is extremely reasonable with discounts for military, seniors, and children under 12 get in free. As a bonus, the trolley tour boards at the museum.

The History behind this building is awesome. Loved every part of it and it's super clean and my favorite room was where they had information on all the famous singers and orchestras they had there and the had a selection of some of these famous folks you could push a button to listen to their music. Really took you back... More

If you are ever in Klamath Falls do not miss the opportunity to visit this small, but incredibly interesting museum. Firstly, the building's history and usage over the years before it became a museum is very interesting. Secondly, it does not only have Klamath Falls history, which is very interesting to say the least, both from the native American as... More
