What a great store. This is a top notch kitchen store. Gentleman working they day we were in there was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Building has a lot of history and though built before turn of century it is an engineering marvel.

Come here every year and always find a GEM!
This year we got a smoking deal, a $99.00 serrated knife, on promotion one a year for $29.95. We bought one for ourself and 4 for each of our adult children for Christmas gifts.
Both the husband and wife are very helpful.
Can’t wait for next year to see what I can find.

My husband and I came in late on a wet, snowing day and were warmly greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable proprietor who sold through experience and demonstration with NO PRESSURE TO BUY!
I left with an item I'd been looking for a while and I'm sure to return for more.
This shop has an excellent selection of quality, useful items to meet any buget or answer kitchen dilemmas.
All I want or need with no awful attitude!

We were shopping in the store and the owner starts talking to us. He suddenly puts his arm around my wife and starts massaging her neck while he is talking!! My wife was astounded. Absolutely the most inappropriate conduct we have ever seen in a retail establishment!! We will never return!!

Located in Historic Jacksonville, this shop is for the chef in all of us! Take some time to take it all in, Beautifully displayed with many, many specialty items that might not be found elsewhere - so worth a visit. Staff is welcoming, helpful and product savvy. Tip: Christmas is a great time for a winter visit to charming Jacksonville.

I’ll admit… I’m from the generation who walks into a store, finds something I like, and then goes on Amazon & pays 20% less for it. Who can blame me?? It’s always these types of stores that have excessive markups, but this store is the exception! The prices on everything I looked up were the same as Amazon or cheaper, plus no sales tax! Woo!

The salesman was so helpfu, without ever being pushy or a bother. I even learned something from him – never use nonstick spray (such as Pam) on your pans! I’ve ruined several pans with nonstick spray & never knew that's how it happened. He explained the whole science behind it. I’ll never use that stuff again – thanks for the tip!

This store literally has everything too!! I found so many things I never knew I needed, all at a great price! We walked out of here with all kinds of quality products & there are a few other things I’m wishing I would have bought! I’ll be back here on our next trip to Jacksonville! It's even a great place to just look around -- so many neat products & gizmos to see.

This shop is a must-see in the quaint historic town of Jacksonville Oregon, very near Ashland and Medford. Only a short drive off 1-5. The owner Steve is friendly and knowledgeable! The store inventory is impressive. My favorite item is the reusable Silicone Lilypad Lids. You plop them on open containers, bowls, or mugs so no waste with non-reusable wraps or letting your food or drink go stale or quickly loose the proper temperature. I have purchased many for me in different sizes. They are excellent gifts, especially easy to ship! Try out this store and you will leave happy!

I stop in this store every time I visit Jacksonville Oregon. Steve is great and always shows me things I cannot live without in the kitchen. His products for the kitchen and more are the best.

This store is fun to browse but even more fun if you engage with Steve. If your not sure what something is he will show you and demonstrate. we have purchased many items over the last 5 or 6 years and everyone we still use.

When visiting and shopping in Jacksonville, we always stop at the Pot Rack. I can find kitchen utinsels there that are next to impossible to locate anywhere else. My wife gets her favorite teas there. It is a charming little store packed with numerous curiosities. If you are in a hurry, it is best to avoid this place, as it will draw you in and not let go of you.
