After a day of doing the Fruit Loop, this was the perfect stop for a flight of wine and spirits, as well as a bite to eat. During these COVID times, we still have not eaten at an indoor restaurant, so it was a relief to see a huge number of well spaced outdoor tables, many of them under a roof if the weather isn't nice. We went there on a whim to get out of town for the day. They are very conscientious about the pandemic, so they stress face masks and distancing. The wine and food was very good. They have oven-baked pizza that is out of this world, and a must have. The service was warm and friendly, so they make you feel right at home.…

This is by far the best winery in Hood River. Not only is the wine fantastic (OMG their Gold Wine Tasting Flight gives me liiiiiiife), the atmosphere is gorgeous. Let’s talk about this view. The winery overlooks a vineyard and a very clear view of Mt. Hood. It’s breathtaking and such a good way to truly experience the natural beauty of the area. We like to go on the weekends, as there is really awesome live blues music to enjoy. It makes for a really fun and family friendly outing. Added bonus: they also serve farm to table food. Everything is made from scratch. We like their wood fired pizzas and their food specials. They are consistently SO good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We stopped for the pizza with a glass of wine. The pizza was stone fired, with a thin crust, and very good. We each had a glass of Sangiovese which wa good as well, particularly with the pepperoni an sausage pizza. I ask, and the server gave me, a taste of the Sangiovese brandy...really good. We held a large family event at this scenic winery a few weeks ago - we were able to rent the site for an after-hours party 6-9pm. Wonderful wines and food served throughout for our guests. Everyone had a great time. The staff was very professional and attentive. Tess and her crew did a fabulous job making our evening very special. We had been there before and had enjoyed a few relaxing afternoons of wine tasting, eating pizza, and marveling at the view of Mt Hood. A wonderful place to savor the beauty of Oregon.…
