Our Brew Pub is now OPEN for take-out and limited dine-In service for up to 6 people per table. Masks are required unless seated at your table. At this very moment, perched on a bluff overlooking the Gorge, our specialists in the liquid refreshment arts are crafting barley and hops into your next beer. Going downhill
Aug 2021
Went to Full Sail and signed up to wait outside for forty five minutes for a table at 3:00 in the afternoon. Finally got in. The menu was not what was shown online. Very, very limited. They charged me an extra 3:00 on the kids menu because I'm not a child. I couldn't see anything I liked except chicken strips. The place was a real disappointment.

Award Winning Ales
Sep 2019
My wife and I were staying in Hood River as part of our NW U.S road trip and we had identified FSBC as a place to visit. Full Sail offers a great range of awarding winning ales, it was a warm day and we were lucky to secure a table on the front patio with the balcony view. We ordered a couple of cheese soups and turkey sands - delicious. Not wishing to leave our balcony view table we ordered a couple more beers. In addition to the bar and restaurant, brewery tours are available free of charge. Well worth a visit.

Tasty Brews!
Dec 2019
Spent most of the day doing the Columbia River Gorge. Ended up at Full Sail for a late lunch. Full Sail is listed in Chris Santella's 50 Places to Drink Beer Before You Die and we didn't want to miss it. We were ecstatic to check it off our box because we had a wonderful time. The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the food was good, but the beer was off the chain! The Top Sail Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Porter and the Atomizer Amber were my picks and got high marks from me. So, if you are in Portland and plan on doing the Columbia River Gorge, make plans to go east as far as Hood River and spend some time at Full Sail. You will not regret it!

Killer views of Columbia River, good food, and tasty brews!
Oct 2019
Full Sail started it all as far as Craft brewing in Hood River. Sit at the bar or on the patio if you can get a table. This place is busy from May-September so expect a wait if party of 4 or more. Friendly wait staff and tasty food.

Good service and friendly staff
Sep 2019 • Couples
My husband ordered the turkey sandwich with pasta salad and I ordered the macaroni and cheese. Sandwich was big as was the portion of Mac and cheese. We enjoyed both and my husband enjoyed the craft beer. Would recommend this place.

Good food menu
Sep 2019 • Couples
Enjoyed a flight of refreshing beer as well as the salmon fish and chips and French dip. If you’re a big fan of IPAs and really hoppy beers you might not be a big fan of the beer. But if you enjoy crisp light beers this is a good brewery for you.

Nice beers
Sep 2019 • Family
We had some beers and bites here. Beers were quite good. It’s nice to order a sample of 6 different beers.
You have a view on the Columbia river. You can sit on the terrace or inside.
Food was ok. We didn’t like the chili chicken legs. They were just soaked in Tabasco. You can make way better chili chicken legs.
Service was good. They had awesome very high chairs for kids to use at the bar tables.

Great View, Food, & Beer
Sep 2019
What a great place! We stopped in for lunch while visiting Hood River and the Columbia River Gorge. We sat on the patio and the view of the Gorge with the kite surfers was great. The amber ale was cold and tasty. We had the the French Dip with Pasta Salad, and the Chicken Caprese Sandwich with Garlic/Parmesan Truffle Fries - and the food was DELICIOUS! Service was also great! We'll definitely be back next time we are in the area . . . glad to here their beer is also available in Denver!

Great beer
Sep 2019
I first sat at the bar with a beer waiting to be placed in the patio. I didn't wait long before a staff member brings me to my table.

The beers on the list cover it well from Pale Ale, to Ipa or more classic beers.

I recommend the place for a tasting of Hood River brewing industry.
