Got there late due no fault of ours. No sympathy from stuck up staff very poor customer service wouldn't recommend to anyone !!

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that. We traveled with our grandson is 15.5 years old... But I called and had wonderful help...I recommend calling them. Good luck!!
