Hood River Lavendar is a fun place to visit. My 3 year old happily wandered the paths through the gardens, dodging sprinklers. The gardens are quite pretty and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly, very willing to answer questions. There is a small gift shop with various lavendar infused, scented, or inspired items. Note: This is not a place to... More

The best lavender farm we visited and easy to find. The lavender was beautiful but we didn't buy any thinking we had to go home by plane. The lady in line ahead of us at the airport had a bunch of lavender that smelled heavenly, a lesson to learn. We did buy several lavender products, soap, etc. Do visit the... More

Loved this stop where you can pick your own lavender for $5 a bunch. Lots of bees, but give them a gentle wave with the scissors and they fly away. Very beautiful and scenic stop. Can shop in a small store with handcrafted lavender goods as well. Nice people, beautiful stop.

My favorite lavender farm in the area. Everyone talked about Lavender Valley, Yes they are a big farm, but Hood River Lavender was friendly excited that we were there and had lots of lavender things to buy. I loved it.

The prices are a bit higher than the other lavender field we went to but the setting/gift shop is much nicer. Friendly staff, although it was 4.45 and they said that we couldn't cut our own lavender it was closed and we were instructed that we could only stay in one small area. Not sure why they wou don't encourage... More

Came during the festival and was surprised how small it was given how many people were parked all over the street. The lavender was pretty, but I guess we were expecting a bit more.

You feel as though you are in France; smell it see it and buy it if you like. It felt like a trip to Provance.

This is my second time visiting here. The beauty of all the flowers was amazing. The fragrance wonderful. The staff was helpful and the U-pick bundles are worth the $5, basically whatever you can cram in a zip tie. We took many pictures. Lots of bees obviously so be careful if you are allergic. If you love nature, flowers and... More
