This winery prides themselves in offering 26 or 27 different wines the 7 or 8 we tried were average. Also after the first wine we had, our server came over and asked is what we thought and we said honestly we didn't like it. Now, at most places where I've said that they asked what we like and try to please us. In this case our server said To Our Face I Guess You are going to be difficult. Went downhill quickly after that. Never have i been told i am difficult just for not liking their wine

Bold Reds!!
Aug 2021 • Couples
We had a wonderful afternoon at this terrific winery. We are a fan of reds, and they did not disappoint. You can customize your flight, but you really should listen to the excellent staff and their recommendations. Young Marian was our guide and shared information of not only our selections, but of the area as well. A visit here would not be a wasted afternoon. They have a well appointed tasting room, manage the visits well, and offer an outdoor seating area to enjoy a glass and picnic afterwards.

Friendly Staff and Nice Wines
May 2021
The winery is placed on a beautiful garden where you have the choice to sit outside or inside. We sat outside to enjoy some of the sun and take in the view. I wish they had umbrellas to provide shade so I could have relaxed a bit more. The wines were all a good quality, but I didn't end up purchasing as I was too hot and uncomfortable. The only wine I did enjoy was the Pinot Noir as it was lighter and more fruit forward. Next time I go I'd love to come during a cooler time and sit inside where I'm able to enjoy myself and relax a bit more. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

STAY AWAY!!
Oct 2020
Joined this club because I love their wine. They charged my account but sent my order to the wrong address. TWICE!! Was told that once the shipment leaves their company they "Have no control over the delivery". out $170 and NOTHING to show for it. Scam.

Big Bold Reds.... and Barrels ... oh my!
Dec 2019
Winter time in Hood River can get sketchy, but it was a perfect day to load up our family and hit a barrel tasting at the winery. We are always looking for fun things to do when the kids come home for the holidays and this one was about the best we have done yet. The wines are amazing and the staff are fun and engaging. You can tell they like what they do and just aren't there to get a pay check.
The grounds are beautiful and we are looking forward to coming back in the summer months to enjoy them. Highly recommend this place.

Endless choices, exceptional service
Nov 2019 • Friends
The visit to Cathedral Ridge was exceptional for three reasons: the company I brought, the endless options to sample and Jayne. She was fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly. My sister and I sampled and were educated about wines for 2 hours. Not a dud in the bunch! It was remarkable. You can't go wrong here.

Columbia Valley Great Wines & Open Until 6pm!
Aug 2019
Cathedral Ridge was well worth the side track to taste wonderful wines. My server was friendly and very knowledgeable about each wine and the areas surrounding their estate.

I had a hard time choosing what to buy because they were all great wines. I ended up buying one of their sweeter white Riesling as a gift and choose The Daughter’s Red for myself. We opened them to enjoy after a long day of floating down the Yakima River and loved them.

I recommend coming when you have some time to stay and pic nic. The estate is beautiful and they have a place to park your dogs so they can stay outside and play.

Wonderful wines and place to visit.
