We stopped by during the pandemic while on vacation to Oregon. Danielle poured us some great wines and was very knowledgeable. We are wine snobs and I honestly wasn’t expecting much but this winery knocked our socks off. We especially liked the Blood Red Barbera. - 17% alcohol and just a touch of sweetness. WOW!

We enjoyed our experience on 12/23/19. The gal that helped us was filling in for someone that was on her lunch break. I think we got lucky, she was very friendly and informative and the wines we sampled were quite good.

Took a 30-minute bus ride across the river from Oregon to Washington State to visit the Cascade Cliffs winery, where they demonstrated their operation, and they plied us with just about all the wine you could sample.

One stop not to miss when wine tasting in Hood River. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Lisa was awesome and was able to answer all our questions. This is a family owned and operated vineyard that takes pride in what goes into making good wine (and more importantly, what to leave out!) They have some killer deals if you join the club.

My wife and I were in town for our 20th. anniversary and had a few hours before we could check in to our hotel. We took the opportunity to check out this cool little town. We were told that if we liked wine we should visit Cascade Winery and was that a good idea. We met Danielle who was behind the bar and an expert at what she does. We were very happy to find out this place is known for their Barbara wines, one of our favorites. Danielle let us try some as we shared with her how we happened to be in town. She opened a very special reserve Barbara for us to try and we were hooked. I bought a bottle for our special dinner later that evening. I would love to go back and visit their actual winery to see the cave carvings.
