Not So Nice
Jun 2021 • Solo
Whomever I dealt with didn’t have the time to answer my questions in a professional or considerate way. Maybe it was just bad timing, but this place had been recommended by a friend, and I was treated rudely enough to leave this poor review. It looked nice, but I left before seeing much.

Beautiful place, totally worth a visit!

The lavender farm is so peaceful and beautiful. So many varieties of lavender and lavender products, super friendly staff.

Take your camera for photos, your easel and canvas to paint, a book to read.

A great view from the mountainside
Jul 2017
Mountainside Lavender has beautiful fields of Lavender in a great location. The views of Mt Hood and the surrounding mountains are perfect for a nice panoramic photo. The lavender in the foreground set against the mountains make for some stunning shots. Pick some fresh Lavender and have a cold drink and the day is complete.

These have a nice variety of plants and gardens to explore. The bees are very thick in the lavender so if you are allergic not the place for you

Awesome destination for the annual Lavender festival
Jul 2016 • Couples
We stopped by the Mountainside Lavender Farm for the annual Tualatin Valley Lavender Festival. We enjoyed the great folk music and all the vendors there. My wife and I created a Lavender wreath under the instruction of one of the wonderful folks who worked there. It was an awesome time and we will be back again next year.

What a perfect spot for a date, lavender picking with the family, or with out-of-towners...

Idyllic landscape with all the u-pick lavender you could ever dream of. Stay and have a picnic. And then come home and fill your vases with all the lavender you clipped and bring joy to your family! ;)

Beautiful!

I went on a date to the Lavender Festival... And while the date was so-so, the festival activities were absolutely delightful! U-pick lavender is super fun, and it was gorgeous.

Lovely stop to take visitors

The fields are gorgeous in late summer and early fall. It's a nice drive through the countryside if you decide to take highway 10 to get there. The shop has all things lavender of course. Just a peaceful way to pass time.

Excellent activity for a summer day

I've been with my husband and with friends and had a fabulous time. My husband and I went to pick lavender and the selection is fantastic. With french and english lavender and culinary varieties they had exactly what we wanted. My friends and I brought a picnic basket of wine and snacks and sat near the upper fields enjoying the company while taking in the scenery. The staff is friendly and the price is right. They provide baskets and scissors so you really just need to show up.
