I like it that food is served here until late night, and it's great quality too. I tried the Woody burger with the fries, an enormous amount and tasted nicely. The drinks were also sufficiently strong. On Wednesday nights they have karaoke, on other nights some special events, with occasional groups showing up, some of them pretty good.
It can get pretty loud but the people seem friendly, the food is good, and overall, seems like an entertaining alternative to many other bars and the very best in town among those that offer karaoke.

I've eaten here several times. Food is always home made and delicious!! Fried pickles are the best I've ever had, Cole slaw is made when you order and its fabulous! The staff is super friendly and the drinks are reasonable! We live in Rogue River and come all the way..25 miles..to eat here. There are many places to eat and have a beer in GP and we have tried them all..trust me, you will NOT be dissappointed coming here whether for a meal or a drink or to listen to live music..by far, the best bar in Grant's Pass!

We just moved to Grants Pass and were in search of finding “our bar”. We found it here! Great drinks, I recommend the Habanero Martini, a spicy/sweet drink. Fun environment and great bands for dancing.

We've been out dancing to The Cedarwood about 5 times beginning in May 2015. At first it seemed like a friendly place - friendly bartenders and servers, fairly decent food (hey, it's a saloon, so) and served hot and fast. Then we began to notice the ridiculous games the regulars play. Groups of women (and men) getting involved in other people's romance/breakups - complete strangers making snide comments, purposely bumping into others causing them to spill their drink and causing trouble. SO. We won't be spending our time or money at The Cedarwood any longer. We're actually surprised excellent bands like Billy Lund & Whiskey Weekend and Blowin' Smoke play at this venue. Our advice: If you're into Urban Cowboy Hick games and drama, women brawls and parking lot fights - this is your place! If you just like to dance to good music and have a drama free, clean, healthy fun evening - GO ELSEWHERE! Don't say we didn't warn ya!
