My husband and I just missed the trip that included the rapids, which ended in Sept,, but fortunately we were just in time for the 4 hour trip that runs through mid Oct. While we did not see quite as much wildlife as we had hoped (each day is different in that regard), we had a guide who was not... More

I had made our reservations several months before we left for our vacation to Oregon. We booked the 104 mile trip. It was one of best adventures we have ever taken. Jon was our captain. He was so much fun. He spun the boats so we were splashed. We saw so many animals and birds-bear, an otter swimming in the... More

One of our friends told us about the jet boats that operate out of Gold Beach and how much fun it was. The day after we arrived we went to the office to see when the next boat ride was. We found that we were to late, the last trip was October 15. They will reopen May 1 2016 so... More

We took the 64 mile mail run on October 6 and it was great. The weather was great. Our captain was very entertaining with his stories and and jokes. The trip up the river was very scenic. We seen 3 bald eagles and a lot of other wild life. We stopped or lunch in Agnes which was very nice. The... More

We had so much fun on the 64 mile trip. We had originally signed up for the 104 mile trip but it was no longer running due to low water this fall. It was a beautiful fall day which certainly helped. Our guide was fun, informative and friendly. You can tell when someone loves their job, and he did (sorry... More

Tim Brueckner was our pilot. In between giving us interesting info on the area's history and plants/wildlife, he told preposterous tall tales and -- on the way back, when it was pretty hot out -- spun donuts to give us a good cooling-off. Puppy, the Golden Retriever, sat in people's laps, or (when we got to our lunch stop) happily... More

Just back from this trip up the Rogue River. It was very nice... We were seated in the back of the boat and at times really could not see the 'river' in front of us. I will say that our family enjoyed the trip very much... We chose the stop at Singing Springs (Be prepared to chose your lunch destination)... More

a very nice way to spend 4 hours away from pretty much everything except salmon fishermen. The guide was informative and very accommodating.

Don't miss this exciting boat ride. Beautiful river scenery, good trip for all ages. You will get wet if you sit in th front of the boat.
