Awesome day and experience! The staff was helpful and friendly, especially when within the first 10 min I buried our 2-seat Talon to the axil and they came to the rescue with a tow out. Girlfriend was not impressed but quickly was remedied with speed and sand in our face. Was able to show my girlfriend one of my home states unique hobbies and explore an environment in a heart pounding way. During these times it's somewhat tough to find new adventures that are safe and social distant and this one is a definitely good choice if visiting there Florence area!

Great way to get out and explore the dunes around Florence oregon. They are very safety conscious and provide helmets and goggles, they also have fanny packs available since they recommend keeping any valuables in your vehicle of in a zipper pocket ect. We booked 2 hours, and could have done more, one hour flew by, just pay attention how to getback to the trail to their location on time as they get you to the dunes and turn you loose, no guide just ride around. We rented the honda trx 250 and they were fine for adults, they have reverse and can be shifted but don't need a clutch, very user friendly.

We had a great experience with Torex ATV Rentals today and I could not recommend them any more earnestly! My family of six, with kids from 23 to 12, rented ATVs there today, and we're looking forward to our next ride. The equipment was all in good condition and super fun, with a selection of sizes for everyone. What maked the difference is their superior staff. From check-in to check-out everyone was friendly and welcoming, and left us genuinely feeling like they were glad we were there. And we were not easy! My 12yo was very unsure of themselves on the ATV but they took extra care to get them on the road. We got lost coming back, which added another hour to our planned three hour trip. We called their help line and immediately got directions which got us out of one jam, but then we found ourselves lost again with an exhausted, crying child on a small ATV, so we called again for help. There was never anything but friendliness. We asked for a rescue, and within 10 minutes of describing our location. Jared (superstar) was by our side, guiding us back. We explained that our child was wore out, and would need an easy ride back, and he was so gentle, kind and reassuring to her, even guiding her down one dune she felt too scared to go down. He offered her nothing but encouragement and kindness!
