Loved the patio area with food truck! Heard they get a different one every so often. Beers are delicious and recommend getting a flight because not only do they taste amazing and the value but you get a cool card with each beer detailing the beer.

Local quality people with strong work ethics built a business that was well planned. The vision has come to fruition. I am pleased and proud of them.

Thursday September 16, 2016. 4pm and 83 degrees. While traveling to the Redwoods, we wanted to stop by the Ninkasi brewery in Eugene. The weather was perfect for sampling beer with a slight breeze on a nice shady patio. We were very familiar with Ninkasi's Sleigh'r and wanted to try their other beers. We aren't fond of most IPA's so... More

We went to the pub at the Ninkasi Brewery, which was nice to enjoy their beer. They also sell the beer at the baseball stadium of the championship team the Eugene Emeralds. So, we enjoyed the very good craft beer also at the playoff game we went to. As such, its now our favorite Eugene Oregon Brewery.

Apparently they've thought better about serving food so all you will find here is a pub serving all of their beers and a quiet little beer garden. The beer is, no surprise, outstanding. I believe they offer tours of the brewery twice each day that are very informative. Ninkasi is a great local success story.

We love visiting the Whitaker neighborhood and sitting out on the patio at Ninkasi. There is often live music with plenty of food carts across the street that will deliver to you. Kids and dogs are welcome. My husband loves the lager Helles Belles.

Lots of outdoor space. Rotating food trucks that deliver. The beer is good. A nice place to while away an afternoon.

Ninkasi has no restaurant, though food trucks usually park outside or in the lot across the street. They offer a flight of Five 5 ounce tasting glasses for only $8, with cards explaining the provenance of each beer; it’s alcohol content & bitterness, etc. Reminds me of baseball cards. Make tour reservation online.

A local brewery and tasting room in an old plumbing company building with a large outdoor courtyard that draws a lively crowd. Go a bit early and on weekends when mobile food vendors show up. Sometimes there are local bands too. We sampled a flight of their beers on tap and really liked them.
