My husband and I are track and field officials from the East coast and finally got to come here to see the track. We were greeted by a silver medalist in the hammer and were able to tour their field house to see photos and memorabilia. We are hoping at some point in time to officiate here!

I have never been on a more beautiful college campus. Everyone is friendly and environmentally conscious! The school promotes many different recycling plans. The campus is an arboretum spotted with beautiful brick buildings. I am a proud duck! In every season it is a beautiful places for a walk!

I've only been to UO for summer classes, but UO will be always one of my best memories about college. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! There is no discrimination or judgement. My classmates invited me to talk all the time. My professor was warm-hearted and kind. I recommend high school students visit and apply to UO. You will never... More

If your in Eugene taking a walking tour of the campus and stadium area is a must do. Public transportation is easy, cheap and dependable. You can get off and on the LTD bus with an all day bus pass. Lane Transit District makes it so easy to enjoy the campus without having to deal with the parking issue which... More

The U of O has an atmosphere that is friendly and welcoming. It is a safe campus, and close to downtown. The campus has a natural beauty. It is not pretentious or artificial. Eugene is lucky to have the U of O!

We were passing through Eugene on our trip, so we scheduled an official college tour for our 14 year old. He's just entering high school, but we thought he'd enjoy checking out a school and seeing what college is all about. We parked underground right next to the Matthew Knight Basketball arena. We sat through a 30 minute academic overview... More

We hiked and biked on the Ducks park like campus. We enjoyed the lovely buildings and self-guided plant walks around the campus. Bikes are everywhere and everyone was very helpful. There is a significant range of architectural styles in the campus buildings. Worth spending some time even if you are not bringing a duckling (and that is what the signs... More

We made many trips to Eugene while our daughter attended college. Hotels close to campus and as long as you book in advance, you should have no problem finding a room while staying visiting. Nice shopping areas close by car. Good restaurants also in the area for that special dinner while visiting. Fun town with a lot of energy!

Not knowing the area it was difficult finding parking so we didn't get to really tour campus or walk around but it is very beautiful
