My parents had been on this tour before and on the way back from a trip to the Redwoods they wanted to stop and have us go on the tour. It was my husband and I and two teenagers and we had an amazing time. It was hot that day, about 102 degrees, so the company called and recommended we change our time from noon to 5 and we so appreciate they did that. It was still hot but moving fast on the boat helped cool us down along with the many splashes and turns on the give you a good spray of water. We loved seeing all of the birds and learning the history of the river. The driver did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and making sure we had a fun time.

If you like intimate and thrilling experiences, Rogue Jet Boat Adventures is for you! Unlike other jet boat adventures in the area, this one has smaller boats which are extremely zippy and put you closer to the water. Our guide Taylor was the best! Along our journey, we spun over and over again; we had great water battles with the other boat; and we learned all about the history of the area. Then, 3/4 of the way thru, we stopped at Discovery Park where we enjoyed craft beer on tap (for purchase), lawn games and great shaded areas to hang out. I will definitely be doing this again!

Took the shuttle service out to Discovery Park to spend the day. 5 adults and 2 -4 year olds. Could have easily spent a few more hours but the kids were ready for a nap 😉... Take advantage of the paddle boats and the lake for some swimming, relaxed in the hammocks, took a picnic out and bought a bottle of wine from our lovely hostesses Janee and Asherah, who took care of us. Who are the only people there, so it felt like a private Park and Lake! They had plenty of snacks available and about anything else we could have wanted. Our captain on the jet boat made the short shuttle out an exciting adventure for the kiddos. Definitely will do this again!

The tour guide was the most fun. He was full of history about the area so it was cool hearing about our river and the history that moved along it. He really loves what he does & it definitely shows. The drop off at Discovery Park wasn't long enough, I wish my party would have went earlier in the day to have stayed a bit longer. Discovery Park was a sweet little private lake right off the river, several areas to sit with family/friends. They have two camping tents you can rent & stay the night at. The food was honestly better than most spots. Off the grill, backyard family BBQ style burgers & hot dogs. A little gift shop to buy shirts or sweaters lol if you're freezing from getting soaked. All around, fun friendly family experience. If you don't have to go to Grants Pass, DONT. Stay even more local right up the street.

My students had a riot. Our guide on the river was informative, had a lot of great history, and really knew how to scare us in a good way with all of his spins and turns on the boat. It was a lot of fun, and adrenaline rush, and we left with lots of smiles.

This was a fantastic adventure, filled with thrills as the very skilled pilot wove his way over the rapids, through very narrow channels, and super fun spins. If you sit in the front you may even get a few extra splashes to cool you off!
The pilot (owner) shared interesting historical facts about the river and residents. We could have spent more time on the island as there was so much to explore and do!
The boats are top notch, and comfortably seated for smaller more personal groups. This is a perfect family adventure, run by an outstanding friendly staff!

This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Redwood although I found out about this tour randomly on the internet to kill time while waiting for our flight from Medford. The tour was exciting and so awesome with a lot of spins on the water. Our tour guide was so funny and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history of the area. The Discovery Park is also beautiful with a private lake if you want to swim, SUP or go fishing. It has a beautiful view of the Table Rock Mountain. Loved it!!! Highly recommend!

The BEST kept secret in the Rogue Valley, Rogue Jet Boat Adventures is amazing. After taking many, many jet boat trips on the Rogue with another company out of Grants Pass, we discovered Rogue Jet Boat Adventures. WOW! Nick was the best captain we have ever had and the adventure is breathtakingly beautiful. So much fun, and yes, they got us good and wet. The island is a treat and this trip is so much more chill and awesome than any other around. Highly recommended, we've already booked another trip...their Concert by the Rocks. You have earned loyal customers. Just wonderful.

We took this trip with our family of 13 (ages from 6 to 45) for Father's Day and everyone really enjoyed it! The boat ride was so fun with beautiful views, an amazing tour guide that gave us the history of the area, and lots of splashing (and a little welcomed drenching) along the way. The layover was in a beautiful location with lots of things to do like paddle boats, canoes, fishing, swimming, corn hole, refreshments, souvenirs and a great atmosphere. There was something for everyone and the staff was friendly and attentive. As soon as it was over my boys (10 and 6) started asking when we could go again. Definitely a great time and we will be return customers!
