for anyone interested in a real sternwheeler experience, this is the boat!.....not those two fake 'things' that also ply there columbia river, and that have a quasi-missouri-mississippi appearance......the columbia gorge has the western riverboat architecture and is 'propelled' by a real stern-wheel, with no assistance...More

Booked the 2 hour tour without food. Very reasonable price for this. (Most everyone else apparently booked the meal). Instead of eating, we had more time on deck during a very nice, sunny day. Even with a typical Gorge "breeze", we went right to the...More

The cruise was enjoyable although I would have appreciated a bit more information as we cruised. Unfortunately, they completely ran out of bread and the steelhead was gone after half the boat was served. They should do pre-orders when you make your reservation. Would prevent...More

We booked a two-hour cruise on May 1st, the first day of the 2018 operating season. Only eight passengers, but still the full experience: mandatory photo before boarding (you can purchase later for $10), the bar was 'open', and the captain pointed out the sights,...More
