Overview
More
Morning Shade Farm has blueberries, orchard fruit, vegetables. It is located in a beautiful country setting, surrounded by large trees and set back off the main road. There are picnic tables and flush toilets. Depending on the time of year, we have YOU-PICK Blueberries (11 varieties), Boysenberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Currants (black, red, white), Elderberries, Hardy Kiwis, Apples (10 varieties), Plums, Pears, Asian Pears, Organic Vegetables (including tomatoes, beans, peas, squash, greens, and pumpkins), and raw Honey. We also have PICKED TO ORDER BLUEBERRIES. We use organic fertilizers and we limit our use of chemicals, using organic certified insect sprays only when needed. We use some limited, non-organic weed control in the berry rows prior to fruit set. All of our orchard fruit and vegetables are grown with 100 percent organic practices. All of our farm and irrigation electricity is from on-site solar energy systems and we use biodiesel in our tractors. We are bee friendly.

Best place in area to buy blueberries all season long plus many other fruits and veggies. They also sell honey and other value added items. This is a family farm and is in a beautiful setting. Wonderful people.
