Great mainstay in the charming summer playground of Camp Sherman. Gas pumps, picnic tables, a deli and fly fishing advice and supplies - there is a little of everything to outfit the weekender or weekly renter. Adjacent to the river, it’s fun to wander the crowded aisles and reminisce about Camp Sherman history.

If passing ANYWHERE near Camp Sherman for a little get away, plan to stop at the store and pick up some special food. From German Chocolate fudge brownie to a bottle of Italian Barolo wine at a reasonable price, to marcona almonds to stilton cheese to truffles, they have it all! Support Local and grab your picnic stuff there. They also have a gas pump. Not far off Hwy 20 near Sisters. Only open Fri-Sun during winter months I think. Been here over 100 years, and you should definitely stop in just to see the massive display case of dry flies for sale to fishermen...

This store is a must-stop and see. You can get all your needs met here if you need to top anything up for your camping trip. Need a locally made stocking cap? They have them. Breakfast burrito and espresso? Yup, got that too. Groceries? Check. Souveniers? Check. Bait and tackle? yup.

Everyone visiting the Metolius should also plan to visit this store. It's just fun.

A fun quirky little store with all kinds of goodies. We really love their t-shirts and always find one on sale. The store also does a great Fourth of July event. We are thankful the store is there. We love Camp Sherman Store!

We live in Camp Sherman and Roger & Kathy’s little store and fly fishing shop with post office is the hub of our community! They are simply the best and stock top end unique products. Mitch’s sandwiches are famously fantastic. We love it and you will too.

After camping in various campgrounds up and down the Metolious River, what a great gem of a store to find! Not only do they stock the typical camp food/supplies, the store contains many gourmet foods and fun souvenirs. You can also get espresso's and sandwiches - we did not partake, but they sure looked good.

Also, my husband found the fly store a joy to browse. The fly store keeper helped him in selecting flies and the current hatches occurring.

Something about this little store just got into my heart. The people were so friendly and made us feel like locals. On Memorial Day weekend they hosted an all you can eat BBQ and band, which was a blast, and their brownies were to die for. Highly recommended.

Located between the Oregon Coast and Bend, OR, the Metolius is not just filled with trout, but is as peaceful and quiet as the meadow itself. With green meadows and ice old water, you can get lost In the serenity of it all. During the hot days, you will appreciate the ice old river. Whether staying in a local cabin or camping along the river, you can enjoy fly fishing, reading, and an occasional trip to the local Camp Sherman store where they still sell penny candy (or lose to it).

The store is stocked with fly fishing gear, souvenirs, sweatshirts, camp food, and lots of friendly locales willing to sell you bait to feed the fish out te front door at te bridge.

Camp Sherman Metolius offers horseback riding, fishing, and is a perfect setting to bring the bikes. Very laid back. Not the glitzy resort some my be looking for. Keep in mind that most cabins (commercial or private) are not go friendly. They are however, welcome in campgrounds and BLM land. There are trails in th upper hills or the hikers and is a perfect stopping point if you're on a motorcycle and need to enjoy the scenery you've been enjoying thru the Santiam Pass. Suggest at least a 5 day stay, 7 is best. .

Close enough for a trip to nearby Sisters to enjoy a meal and browsing thru local stores. Bend is further east.

I was really looking forward to visiting this landmark store and, sadly, was disappointed. Granted, we visited mid-day and parking was limited. I went inside while my husband waited in our car with our two dogs. We parked NEXT TO (not in) a handicapped space and a man in an RV (taking up at least three spots) screamed at me “you can’t park there!” I responded “It’s not a handicap spot. Why don’t you look?!” When I walked in, adults and children were jammed everywhere—either waiting to place a deli order or along the merchandise aisles. When I asked several people where the end of the “order” line was, it was behind two families with unruly kids. The store had enough staff — all very nice and doing the best they could. I ordered a sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink. The food was nothing special for the price. I paid for it at the counter, then waited about 15 minutes. I’m a big fan of charming, local food establishments and stores, but I didn’t enjoy my visit here. Of course, management cannot choose their customers. However, the congestion experienced on their busiest days could be allayed somewhat by signage or staff helping direct vehicles and people.

Camp Sherman is one of the prettiest places in Oregon and the Camp Sherman store is a delight to visit.

Really nice folks running the place. Well stocked with quality provisions and memorabilia. They'll make your stay in this beautiful area the best it can be.
