The signature hole was awesome, especially since I hit the green instead of losing it in the water!

Great muni course. Challenging in places, reasonably priced. Beautifully integrated into the hills with a few water holes. We did pre-book a time to make it easier online, would... read more

I haven't golfed here in a few years as the last time the course was in such bad condition it seemed that either the weather was ruining the course OR they had a greenskeeper who was clueless. Revisited the course recently. Now it is in better shape than 3 years ago but far from what I would expect for all... More

This is a difficult coastal course with lots of elevation changes and water (when we have any rain). Better to be accurate than long here, shot placement is key. The course is really well maintained, though the tee box locations can be difficult to find your first time through (there are like 4-5 sets of tees that can all be... More

Great muni course. Challenging in places, reasonably priced. Beautifully integrated into the hills with a few water holes. We did pre-book a time to make it easier online, would have played twilight for a lower price, but wanted to be back in time for early dinner with the folks. Greens were good, fairways reasonably well maintained. Only negatives, the clubhouse... More

First of all, heard a lot bout Salmon Run, bout how great it is, so I walked into the club house and all looked great, asked to get a couple of tokens for the driving range, he said its $4.00 for a bucket so I got 2 and they were little ones, ( little to expensive) then proceeded to go... More

It's not the Bandon dunes, but the fees aren't crazy either... We had a great morning playing this course for the first time!!! Not crowded and the weather was in our favor, The Local Pro I think his name was Tim was helpful and gave us a few pointers / suggestions since it was our first time here... Will be... More

Wow, this course is just amazing! It's like a cross between hiking and golfing. Lots of elevation on holes, very beautiful and peaceful setting set back in the woods. We saw numerous deer on multiple holes. It's a workout with all of the climbing and very long distances between holes. Cart definitely needed. Loved it. The only difficult part was... More

I would recommend this beautiful spot for any function. I would never recommend dealing with Ed. This man was horrible, unprofessional, and down right rude most of the time. But Zack, Nathan, and Chris we the best. They took the time to help they made our rude experience with ed a great wedding. For the price of the venue you... More

Little jewel of a layout snugged in the Chetco River Canyon, streams and wildlife everywhere, well-maintained given the limitations of the environment and public-course budget. I've played some beauties, including Northstar in Tahoe and Greyeagle in the Sierras, but Salmon Run is right up there with those high-end courses. Heck just the roller-coaster rides to the tee boxes are worth... More

Salmon Run is a beauty of a tough to play Golf Course. The Fairways are very narrow and course knowledge or a sharp eye is needed to know where to play the ball for a good roll or lie. Many holes require the use of a small wood for a good safe tee shot or one that will not run... More
