For us, this was the last point of seeing the ocean before entering California and turning inland. In addition to easy access and great views up and down the coast, the park features an excellent visitor center. If you're heading north on 101 and this is your first stop in Oregon- then make it a must stop. The visitor center... More

We took a quick side trip to this beach and I'm so glad we did!!! An Oregon Welcome Center is the first thing you see... Very cool building with clean restrooms and Oregon brochures/info. The beach is a short walk from the parking lot and it is gorgeous!! We flew a couple kites and had a grand 'ol time!!! Definitely... More

We stopped in here very quickly to get a good view and get some help at the visitor center. They have tons of brochures and helpful staff to answer questions. Lots of steps to get in and out of the building though..

This is a very nice place to take a walk along the beach. Did see a few people fishing. There is a river that goes into the ocean there. They have a nice information center there on Oregon. The people working there are very friendly.

Perfect. A lovely new facility on a pristine, gorgeous stretch of beach with all kind of free literature to pick up, clean rest rooms and even an outside faucet to rinse the sand off your feet! Lots of convienent available free parking awaits...great place.

What more can I say with a trail to walk if you would rather stay off the beach the ladies in the visitor center were very kinda and offered to answer any and all our questions. Love the beach and the small wooded area you can walk threw.

is to use the restroom. It's pleasant and clean. I think it is such a shame that this whole place is covered with concrete :-( It is not a good example of what Oregon has to offer.
