    Quick and beautiful.
Beautiful view of 2-3 natural bridges with the waves crashing in around them. The viewpoint is right next to the parking area, so easy access. So glad we stopped here. There are apparently a couple of "rough" trails down to the bridges themselves, but we opted to skip those as they are not clearly marked and it was a long way down.

Probably the best view along the scenic byway
This is a great stop for a view of the Oregon Coast. Probably the best or at least in the top 5. We even walked down the trail a little way to get a couple of different views. Yo do not have to walk the trail, just take the walkway down and enjoy the view.

    So Beautiful!
Really beautiful! We were looking for the view you see on line but I guess they closed off that trail due to careless people. At least that’s what the locals told us. No matter. The whole drive along that coast line is just beautiful.

Nice overlook, but hard to see it all from there
So first of all, the Natural Bridges are amazing, and definitely worth stopping to see. Unfortunately for us, with our small kids we didn't feel like it was a good idea to head down the trails to see them up closer just to maintain their safety, so really the only way were were able to see them, were from the view point, and also via my drone. Don't, not stop, but just know this is a pretty quick hit unless you are planning to hike, which according to some of the people we talked to the trail gets pretty sketchy in some places.

One of the stops I wanted to make was here. This is a popular stop on the Samuel Boardman. I could never get anyone to tell me how parking was.
I can tell you about parking right now - IT SUCKS! There's spots for maybe 10 cars. Don't even try if you're pulling an RV. When we passed by people were parking up & down & across the Hwy.
It was really foggy there when we went by & it was STILL crowded! Very disappointing.

Search for this. well marked but this Iconic View is not to be missed. Featured on many Guided Tour Boks and Instagram Posts. Small lot, hidden sign so pin point your GPS early. (Muddy)trail is tough to navigate down. Steep but the view - even from the platform - is mesmerizing.

We made a stop here on our drive exploring the Oregon Coast and it was such a wonderful area with stunning views of the natural bridges and the Oregon coast.
It is so unassuming from the parking lot but so incredible when you reach the viewing platform (which is a very short distance from the parking lot).
Trust me, you don't want to miss this beauty!

Slow down or you'll chance driving past the turn off.
Easy to locate with road signs just north of the Thomas Creek bridge.
An easy one minute walk to the most popular viewing platform.
Absolutely breathtaking view of three natural arches in clear view.
We continued down a little further down the narrow, sometimes slick, and often steep path, so be prepared. It appears you can go down quite a ways toward the arches, but we didn't venture that far down.
Don't miss this wonder!

Just moved to Brookings a couple of months ago, and it's easy to see that we have MUCH to explore here! I drive to Gold Beach and back once or twice a week, which is a beautiful drive in and of itself - but if I start taking some more time now and then to stop and explore some of the walks that are here, then I'll see so much more.

I would need to check out some maps, but it seems that all along the coast here there is The Coast Trail, running all the way from the Columbia River down to the California border. And if that's the case, then I'll have a lot of after work hikes! This little gem was maybe a half mile or so out and back, but not difficult and with some great views! One caveat is that if it's been raining a LOT, this trail is likely to have some pretty mucky sections. For us, we walked it after two sunny, rainless days and it was fine. Can't wait to see more!

This is one of the most famous viewpoints on the Oregon Coast. Access to the viewing platform is easy, access to the bridge itself is not, and it is very dangerous. We went a little of the way down, but the trail is very steep and I tripped on a tree root, which I took as a sign to turn around.

So beautiful and worth the stop. Got there on a clear day and was mesmerized by the view. Easy on and off the highway with an easy walk to the viewing deck. You can continue on the unmarked trail all the way down to the arch, but not meant for elderly or people not in fit condition.

You must stop here! If you are a hiker do the hike. If you are just a sightseer and only want to check it out that is OK too. Beautiful views from the look out point. But do stop here!
