This is a beautiful small Capella on the property of Azalea Park, which in itself is a beautiful park. One may stroll the manicure park on several different paved short trails. The Capella is hosted by volunteers. It is a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable place...More

Had a great time had a picnic and watched a ragtime concert.Probably somewhere between 200 and 300 people not bad for a town of 7 thousand on a Sunday afternoon.

Lovely small park over looking the Chetco river. Easy walking paths and benches. A wide variety of Azaleas and Rhodendrons make this a must see in May.

Nice sunny day. I had no idea that azalias got so big. Most everything was in bloom. It was absolutely gorgeous. The Cappella was open and that was a real treat. Loved the building and view.

Time your visit when the flowers are in full bloom. I think we were about a week late, but it was still beautiful and worth the visit. It can be a bit hard to find as we were expecting it to be much bigger.

I grew up with Azalea Park, and some changes have made me sad over the years but others are great, Kids Town playground, the Gazebo, the sound stage for free summer concerts every Sunday most of the summer, the beautiful Cappella with it's inherent spirituality,...More
