The distillery is clean and the staff is amazing! Try the barrel aged maple syrup, it is awesome!!! Brad is phenomenal and you would never know he is the owner, so nice and friendly. The entire staff is just as friendly and fun. The Eaves Blind bourbon is one of the best liquors I have ever tasted and all the liquors are great...and the prices are more than fair especially for products of this quality. Can't wait to go back and see what they have next time. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY!

Oregon Spirit Distillers is a great stop in Bend. We have been in twice in the past few weeks. We would recommend doing a tasting and then going for a drink. The CW Irwin Bourbon is awesome...anything it is mixed with as well. The craft cocktails, vinegars and shrubs are very good, we haven't had a bad drink there...neither have our guests. The sandwiches and appetizers are really good and don't leave you "stuffed".

Nice place for some tasting, if you like bourbon, gin whiskey. The service is great and the place is nice. Highly recommend this place for tastings after a long hike or relaxing day.

We went to the Farmers Market on Wednesday and a girl there was handing out coupons for a 1 complimentary flight in the tasting room. So we went by Friday after visiting Bendstillery and Goody's and I must say with these flights they give you a lot of booze. It was me and my husband and the lady said you might one to just get 1 flight because it is a lot of booze and she was right. I was driving the car and I sure wouldn't have wanted to if I had gotten my own flight, taking sips was enough for me. Very good stuff and the lady was very informative. Did buy some vodka, which was amazing, no smell or taste, like drinking water.

Since the Pine Tavern went 30-something, I have been trying to find an adult watering hole where you can actually carry on a conversation. The Barrel Thief foots the bill in more ways than one. You get amazing local booze brewed on site...the wheat whiskey and rye are not to be missed as well as the decent food at quite reasonable prices. I especially like the warm, comfortable interior with the outside gas fireplaces a bonus. It doesn't get any better in Central Oregon for those looking for a rewarding, drama-free experience. Hipsters are welcome, but they're rubbing shoulders with the geezers, and they can at least hear each other...

What an absolute hidden gem in Bend, Oregon. We came through on a road trip and gave it a try since a few people in our group are whiskey enthusiasts.
First I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful this little distillery is and then the whiskey! One of my new favorite brands.
My favorite was the rye bottle in bond.
The staff was very informative and helpful.
I am happy to know I can pick up more back home at total wine.
Don’t miss out on this place!

My husband had the opportunity to try their bourbon at a Total Wine store, so we decided to stop in during our visit to Bend and we were not disappointed. Shelley was very knowledgeable about all of their bourbons and other spirits. My husband ordered a flight and I was able to get a cocktail made with their vodka, also very tasty. We enjoyed our visit so much and enjoyed hearing about the history or the company and what items they have coming out soon. I would highly recommend visiting this distillery, it is worth your time if you like great tasting bourbon.

Wanderlust tours took us to Oregon Spirits. Brandi led us through the distilling process. She has a real passion and obviously enjoys what she does. We really enjoyed her presentation. Shelly led us through the tasting and guided us nicely through the differences we were to taste. Oregon Spirit is producing a tasty quality product. Highly recommend!

First, the spirits are incredibly tasty! Second, the distillery tour is fun and very educational. Third, the food is mmmmmmm! Last but not least, the people are what make this experience. You feel like you're consuming a crafted masterpiece!
